  1. I first purchased this bra in a 65J (30GG).
    Review here: http://bra.pe/X2LR/
Unfortunately this 65J ran big in the cup compared to the moulded cup bras.

Winner winner chicken dinner. So I originally tried this in the 65J, so this 70HH (32G) would be the sister size to the original. In the past I had good luck with a sister size due to the proportion fitting better in the cup. Well this was a good sister size transition. The band fits on the tightest set of hooks and I’m willing to have the band taken in when it relaxes since I really do need a 65. ... The cups on this bra are about half an inch smaller at the armpit compacted to the 65J, making it less wide set so it doesn’t eat my armpits like it’s evil sister. I’m happy I gave it a second go for a better fit.

Panties: In the past I purchased a size Medium in Comexim panties. But for this the only size available was a size Large. I’m glad I went with it. The panties are a lower cut, so the large doesn’t cut into my body and lays flat under clothing. The front panel consists of the same print as the bra with matching lace on the hip panels. The back of the panties are the same silky fabric but in white. The elastic on the panties is white and there is a white cotton gusset in the crotch.

This looks like a very nice spring/summer bra! I love Comexim, but there can be some back and forth getting the sizing right?

    • 1

BraOdyssey This is definitely a light weight Spring/Summer bra. I also love Comexim, but the inconsistency keeps me away sometimes. It’s really a crapshoot with the sizing. You can get two of the same bra and they can be made totally different. But when you find one that fits, it’s like striking gold.

    • 2

Happy2BraShop , girl that is the best strategy ever!! I am 100% doing that the next time I order from Bob (ordering two sizes in Comexim to compare)..I wish I had done that with my last order, but I didn't think of it. It takes too long to get bras back and forth since I'm in Canada. Next time, I will do this for sure, I loved this bra but I needed a size up to compare. https://www.bratabase.com/bra/dnge4/

This looks great on you! I'm glad the sister size works better. Those bottoms looks so comfortable too! If you're willing to share, what are your hips at the widest? I think I'm between M and L in some cuts for Comexim bottoms.

    • Wilderness1 They are actually the most comfortable Comexim panties I’ve gotten yet. Right now my hips/butt at the widest are 40 inches, I put the panties on and right around where the waistband is, I measure 36 inches. If I run the measuring tape from the middle of the back, down between my legs and up the front, the panties measure 20 inches.

BraOdyssey That one is so pretty! I love any bras that have gray on them. Especially straps. I wear a lot of gray tops lol.

    • 1

Are these still available somewhere in that size range or did you order it a while ago? I was interested in this model and didn't move on buying it fast enough and it seems like Breakout Bras doesn't have much left in terms for 70/32 bands.

    • 1

Is it available on Comexim.pl? It might just be the nursing one available on the Comexim website - I think this was breakout bras exclusive.

I don't know if they're discontinuing this model (sorry, I'm kind of answering for Happy2BraShop) but I noticed about a month ago - they seemed to get low in stock on this bra, and then they replenished.

So, I'm wondering if they will restock this bra? maybe you could email support@breakoutbras.com

    • 1

aquilegia , BraOdyssey said it perfectly. I just got this one in the mail yesterday from Breakout Bras, but Comexim’s website has it for sale as “Sweet Flower Nursing” I believe. Definitely ask Breakout Bras if they can obtain one for you. If not, I’m sure Comexim can always be asked if they can make a non nursing version of the bra for you.

Happy2BraShop thanks for that reference on sizing! Very helpful!

    Didn't fit

    May12, 2021:
*Update: Currently this bra fits after major weight gain over the last year. I feel supported all day. This is one of my smoother bras for under tighter shirt. The band is a tiny bit snug compared to my Ewa Michalak BM’s and the arm pit area is this bra still feels a bit wide, but the fit is much better now that I’m bustier. I’ve also purchased in a few other sizes to compare and see if I can get a better fit. I love the fabric and color of this bra and haven’t given up on the perfect fit just yet. But unfortunately this ... particular one digs into my armpits due to the cup being a bit wide where it connects to the elastic strap.

    April 1, 2020:
*Update: I still love this bra. But I find I get the best fit during my time of month when my bust is at it’s biggest. Even then, the wires are slightly too wide and the cup a little too big after some weight loss. The cup digs into my armpits where the strap attached due to the wide fit of the cup.

I’m in love! This is an unpadded cup bra that is bright white with a cool toned gray floral pattern. The cups on this bra are a slightly bigger and a little more full coverage compared to a Comexim padded plunge. It does come up more in my armpit area. The lace along the top of the cup is a stretchy, very forgiving lace in a silvery gray color. The center gore and the part of the cup that meets the strap also have silvery gray bows. All hardware on the bra is white. The wires meet at the center gore and overlap as typically found in Comexim bras. The band is TTS 30 band. The straps are gentile firm, but soft elastic. I’m so pleased with this bra with fit and appearance. It gives a lovely shape under clothing. I feel supported yet unrestricted due to the soft cup. This will hands down be my favorite summer go-2 bra!

*If you are in between sizes, I recommend sizing down.

    * This is a Breakout Bras exclusive. Comexim’s direct website has a nursing bra version under a different name.

Thanks so much for posting this review! I had my eye on this and didn't know what size to order since I am between sizes, but Stephanie at Breakout Bras told me to go with the smaller size. I am about to place an order as well!

    • 2

belleandblues You’re very welcome! I definitely agree with sizing down if in between sizes. This really is a fabulous bra!

    • 2

Oooh, I've been thinking about trying an unlined Comexim. I might have to pick this one up! If I'm remembering (and seeing) correctly, though, I think this bra has a line of elastic across the tops of the cups. How does that work for you?

    • 2

      Looks awesome!

    • 2

bustyand It does have an elastic strip along the cup lace (just added a picture to reflect this). But, it is very flexible and has the same tension as the lace it’s sewn to. I have very full round breasts and don’t have any issues with it pulling.

    • 2

So I'm normally a 34E and an 80E on the Ewa Michalak BM. Based on breakout bras sizing would a 34F be too big??

    • 1

confused I would say it depends on how you feel the BM cup fits you. Are you a solid EM 80E? Or in between sizes? I have one Ewa Michalak BM, size 65G. Comparing my BM to this bra, my BM runs a little smaller in the band and cup. I probably could get away with sizing down in this Comexim unpadded bra due to the stretchyness of the upper cup lace. If possible, purchase two sizes to try the one it says should fit, and one cup size down. Return the one that doesn’t fit. I regret not purchasing the 30G/65HH in this bra to try.

    • 1

I dont quite fill out the BM but going down in either band or cup is too small. They don't have a 34E in stock unfortunately so I may take a chance

Unfortunately this 65J ran big in the cup compared to the moulded cup bras.

Since I’ve had some weight gain I decided to give this a tray once again to see if I couldn’t find a better proportion with a 70 band. This 70H (32FF), has straps that are narrower than the HH and up cups. Personally I prefer the thicker straps. The cup on this are too small, I get some quadboob. The side wings are too short for me, as well as the wires falling short to contain side boob. This will be going back.

Super comfortable bra. The whole thing: the stretch cups are almost silky soft - no rigid or itchy material to be found. The gorgeous lace has a mesh panel behind all the but the very tip tops. There's an additional seam on the side of the cup - which I believe is for side support, making this a four-part cup. (A sling? Not sure on the terminology) The straps are a supportive 1" thick and the 3 hook x 3 row back & band felt tts and comfy. I could have put it on the 2nd or 3rd row, but it was distending the cups, as they ... were clearly too small, but 1st row was fine too. The underwire is relatively soft for me, but not as soft as others, like the @Comexim Tara, which buckled right away. The gore was very narrow and on the low side - 3" I think? Seemed to give my very center full boobs enough room.

me: FOT/ Center full, wide roots (I think), softer tissue & relatively narrow frame.

I didn't expect such comfort to give me such a great shape, but overall it kept me up and rounded. Now, granted, I apparently need to go up at least one cup size, but overall I really liked this style. The pattern is beautiful in person - like someone sketched vines fulls of flowers in a soft bluish-gray pencil. Had some difficulties, but I suspect they're peculiar to my shape, so I'll be posting a fit request to troubleshoot.

Overall, it's a really beautiful and comfortable bra. This is easily the 30th bra I've tried in the last month, and by far the best fit/shape I've found for me, overall. I'll be returning it, but if I can find a better fit with a different size, I'll def be stocking up!

    Fits

This bra runs 1-2 cup sizes small in the cups, but the band is true to size. I normally wear UK 34FF or occasionally a 34G; this one is a 75J (34GG). This is consistent with the information on Breakout Bras, where I ordered it.

As long as you’re sure to order the correct size, this is a great bra. It is similarly narrow in the cups and gore to the Ewa Michalak SF style so it’s a good choice if you have a narrow, projected shape. This one doesn’t provide quite as much upward lift as my Ewa SF, but it does provide very good lift and shaping. The stretch lace is very soft and hasn’t been obvious under a T-shirt for me so far.

I recommend trying this bra if you’ve been curious about Polish bras or are looking for an unlined bra that works with a narrow, projected shape.

    Fits

The first thing I noticed when I first put this bra on is how pretty it is on my skin tone. It really is a lovely bra.

I mark this bra as a fit because the 'issues' I have in it are common to all the bras I have. Too wide wires, not sitting in my IMF. The wires are a bit more narrow than most of my other bras, though, so that's a plus. However, I would like the gore to be a bit higher to better accomodate my soft breast tissue. Also, I can't tell if it's just Comexim's different-than-most sizing or the shape of the bra, but I do have a little bit of gaping in the cups near the straps.

The material of this bra is very soft but still supportive. Overall, I think you'll like this bra if your breasts are similar to mine.

Edit: Also, thank you to Happy2BraShop for inspiring me to try this bra out!

    Fits

I am currently 24 weeks pregnant and struggling with bra fit. For context, I was a 32FF for a couple of years prior to getting pregnant with little to no change. My favorite bras were the Cleo Maddie, Cleo Skye, and Panache Underwire Sport. My breasts have definitely grown throughout my 2nd trimester - I now measure a 34G/GG according to A Bra That Fits and my 32FF bras clearly don't fit well.

After trying a few options in a 34G and 34GG in more commonly available brands (Panache, Elomi), I realized the wires in these sizes are scaled differently from the ... wide for my shape/frame. This led to dipping my toes into the world of Polish bras which I've been told typically have narrower wires.

I purchased the Comexim Whimsy Floral Nursing Stretch Lace Non-Padded Underwire Bra in 34HH for two reasons:
    1) I'm looking at nursing bras in general with the hope I'll be able to use them while I am breastfeeding (assuming my size doesn't increase too much more, or comes back down at some point).
    2) It was on final sale at Breakout Bras in a size that looked like it would work for me (comments on the site suggested to size up two cup sizes from your normal cup size - that would be a 34H or 34HH for me)

Overall, I am very happy with the fit of this bra. The wires are in fact more narrow which means they don't feel like they're on my back. They are actually near, but not on, my breast tissue. They also seem to allow for more projection at the wire which means the underwire actually sits in my IMF instead of getting pushed down.

My biggest issue with the bra is the colorway. The pattern definitely shows through some of my shirts which is frustrating when my wardrobe is already limited. I'm not sure if it comes in other colors, but that's something I'll look into.

I'd also appreciate any recommendations on other bras that may fit similarly to this one.

    60G

    Didn't fit

The Whimsy is the first unpadded Comexim bra I've tried. Since I am between 60G and 60H in regular Comexim styles, I asked Breakout Bras whether I should size up or down in this style. I was told to size down to my smaller size because the upper cup's stretch lace would work to accommodate asymmetry. However, they did not mention to me that the cup runs much deeper and taller than their padded styles. As a result, this cup fits much larger than expected and didn't work on me.

The band is nicely true to size, measuring exactly the same as most of my ... Comexim bras (except the Celebration, which came in 2-3 cm smaller than normal). The wings are all and firm, made from the same powermesh that is used on the Basic styles. The cups are made from printed tricot that has a little bit of give. The upper cup is double layered, with stretch grey lace over white mesh, and there is a strip of elastic at the edge that has just the right amount of tension to sit nicely on the body.

However, the problem with this bra is that it is proportioned completely differently from other Comexim padded styles. Not only is the cup much taller than the Padded Plunge, the bottom cup is also much taller, so the fullest part of the cup hits higher than normal. The cup measurements are also much deeper than normal. The bottom 2/3 of the cup fits me, while the entire upper 1/3 is empty. In addition, when I added my Commando Takeouts silicone inserts, I could only get this bra to fit if I added the inserts to the top rather than to the bottom. Thus, this won't work for FOB shapes. This would only suit very FOT shapes with tall roots.

I also found that the wires in this size were so narrow that they actually pinched me and were quite painful. They seem a bit firmer than the wires on my other Comexim bras, and the shape is more of a deep U/J than a gentler C curve. Another difference in the construction is that this is a 4 piece cup with side sling, though the side panels are not as restrictive as I've found Fantasie Side Support styles to be. The gore is also lower on this style than the Comexim Padded Plunge. The fit reminds me of some of the Freya 3 piece balcony bras where the wires are a bit too narrow for me and the cups are too deep, but to the extreme.

The rest of the bra is simple in detail, with a graphite bow at the gore and strap attachments, and textured white straps that match the solid band. The cups and cradle are made of the same floral printed fabric. All hardware is white plastic. It seems like a very comfortable summer bra if it suits your shape, but I think this style will be rather tricky to fit as you cannot just order your standard Comexim size if you are not the right shape for this bra. If I had ordered the 60H (28FF), the wires would have fit better, but the cups would have been even more ridiculously large and tall.

Sadly, this is going to have to be returned, and since there's not much info on other Comexim unlined styles in my size range, I might have to pass on these styles in the future.
