About me: dense, center full and close set, full on bottom with tall, sloping vertical roots and narrow horizontal width.
I purchased this after digging out a 65HH well fitting meow demi I received bratabase back in October. It was too big at the time, but I didn't care because cats. Lately, I've been having trouble with any bras fitting, so I dug it out of the back of my closet in desperation. Much to my delight, it fit really well, so I decided to try a new (as opposed to getting in a swap or buy here) Comexim padded 3HC.
Enter the 30G ...(UK size) padded Comexim 3HC basic bra! The cups are too wide in the fact that they extend past the sides of my tissue, but that doesn't pose any problems in terms of underwires digging in, strap placement, or level of support (as is the case with my meow demi). The band is stretchy, but wide and very supportive. The 3 hooks and wider than I'm used to width are wonderfully comfortable.
Overall, on paper, this doesn't seem to be a great fit, but it's very comfortable and supportive. It doesn't pull on my shoulders or create the weird pressure points I've been dealing with with most of my other bras lately. I am so happy to have something that alleviates the pain and problems I've been dealing with. *Contented sigh* Read more 137 more words
My shape is low set, narrow and short rooted, even to FOB, and soft.
This bra is simply beautiful! I love the lace on this bra so much. I lusted after this bra for quite a while before I actually bought it. Unfortunately, it cuts into my breasts and gives me bubble-boob. It's also quite minimizing, but I was expecting that since my 65HH - Comexim » Coco (381) and 65HH - Comexim » Bridget Half Cup (554) are both minimizing as well. I find the support pretty good in this one, but it's hard to do a great assessment at this point since ...I've only just tried it on (plus it's too small). The cup shape is nice and round, which I love (hate pointy bras). So, it's a trade off ... rounded and minimized in Comexim, or pointy and projected in other bras. I have soft tissue, so it sort of takes the shape of the bra here.
The straps are nice and wide, and it boasts a lovely 4 x 3 set of hooks. Great, since not all 65HHs I've ordered have that. It also has wider straps, which I like for support. The band is not toooo stretchy, measuring around 29" without stretching it to distortion. I'm sure I could have stretched it more, but the cups were starting to distort at that point, so I called it good. I had this made as a 3HC, which I think gives it a nice shape. I also had the straps moved in 1cm, and the gore is overlapping.
I wouldn't exactly call the material 'soft', but it's very comfortable, as I find all Comexims to be. Overall, beautiful appearance, excellent quality and great comfort. Read more 183 more words

Overlapping gore, straps moved in 1 cm, Made as a 3HC
Such a beautiful bra. Sorry it’s not a perfect fit.
Perhaps they are already at maximum length since you mentioned being low-set but if not, you might try loosening the straps? They appear to be quite snug--loosening straps can help relieve minor quadding for me. My breast tissue is also super soft so it does not take much for a cup edge to create a visible indentation!
Ooh, I second wendybien’s suggestion. I have definitely been a victim of too tight straps causing quadding.
Looks beautiful on you! Too bad about the quadding
Ah, shame about the quadding. It's beautiful, isn't it?
This looks stunning! I hope you are able to make it work.
Thanks all!
wendybien they are all the way out, unfortunately. It'll be fine if I lose any volume. I tend to fluctuate between two sizes, so maybe it'll fit better in the summer when I tone up. It's so beautiful I don't want to sell it.
It looks beautiful, even if it is too small. I like the look of yours far better than the look of mine honestly.
yea MamaPagan i feel like 3HC really makes it look a lot nicer!
Plus it looks more like a true half cup, instead of a triangle with high cup at the strap, you know?
Yea I was thinking that too!
Thanks MamaPagan . I think it looks really good as a 3HC too. I'm really happy with it (just wish it fit).
As beautiful as it is, it may be worth ordering again in a cup size up. 💙
Wilderness1 agh yes that's what I feared... next time maybe since they already agreed to a couple customizations, ask them for an extra few cm of strap length. Does the gore tack? If so, maybe you can make the cup edge relax a little bit just by wearing it... I've had bras with a cup edge that was just a little bit too tight/small and indented on me even though the rest of the cup was ok in volume. After wearing a couple times it eased up though, and a few times throughout the day when the materials were warmer from being on the body I tried to sort of gently stretch the edge a bit.
wendybien yeah, I was thinking the same thing about ordering the straps longer. I think I need it... not too much, but like 1-2 inches would make a big difference. My 65HH - Comexim » Coco (381) fits a bit too small too, so I probably should have ordered a cup size up, but I was anticipating losing 5-7 pounds, which would have made my boobs a little smaller... only that hasn't happened, lol. I'll have to decide if I hold onto this one and hope I fit it one day, or sell it and order a cup size larger.
The color and lace design are beautiful. Sorry it’s slightly small up the top.
This purple lace is SOOOO pretty!!! Too bad about the fit :(
I love this bra. I got it through here, and wanted it a little small for the added cleavage, and it definitely does that. The shape is really attractive. It lifts my bust and gives a nice amount of projection. The band is stretchy and comfortable, and the straps are completely adjustable. This one has 3 hooks, and I can't imagine at my size or bigger getting it with just 2. The fabric is a little more dull than I expected, but it's still gorgeous.
This bra is a sister size for me, but it is in excellent used condition and I've wanted it for a while. The fabric is a very soft shiny/satiny peach with a greyish taupe lace overlay. The band is OK on the tightest hooks, but not quite as tight as I'd like. Still, it fits more like a 60 than a 65, which I like. The cup volume is good but the cups are taller than I need. The straps are comfortable and easily adjustable all the way. My breasts are short and narrow rooted, soft and pendulous, centre and bottom-full with a lot of projection just above the wire.
This is a sister size for me, but was too gorgeous to pass up and is in excellent used condition. The fabric is shiny/satiny green with a black lace overlay. This band is OK on the tightest hooks. The cup volume is good but the cups are taller than I need. The straps are comfortable and adjustable all the way, but are the kind that don't slide easily, so you have to work the strap through the clip and adjust it like that. Because the cups are taller and a bit wider than I need, and the straps are a little widely spaced, the straps end up in the front of my armpits. This is an ongoing theme for me. :/ I am happy to have this beautiful bra in my collection though. My breasts are short and narrow rooted, soft and pendulous, centre and bottom-full with a lot of projection just above the wire.
The material covering the cups, which I was worried looked scratchy, is actually very soft and lovely to touch.
The wires are narrow, as advertised, and fit my roots well. The cups are quite closed on top - something to think about if you are FOT with tall roots. But because the cup construction is quite 'soft' and flexible (as opposed to Panache and CK styles, for instance) it's not too much of a problem for me, although I do get quadding and jiggling and the gore doesn't quite tack. I think these issues are caused by a combination of factors; slightly too small cup volume (65J might ...be better on me), a shape that's closed on top and possibly the softness of Comexim wires.
But it's so comfortable! It feels very light on and I can hardly feel the wires at all. It definitely pushes my boobs to the front, and gives a brilliantly uplifted shape. And although I thought the print looked a bit old fashioned, I actually like it on - the rust coloured bows definitely help, and it has a nice vintage/70s look to it. Another plus - the stitching and over all comstruction is pretty spotless - no loose threads or bungled stitches anywhere, which I've often encountered with Panache bras. Read more 109 more words
reducing cup height often makes hte cup effectively smaller. Sort of responding to your fit request here, sorry, but i'm thinking a cup up and a reduced gore might help, idk. why did you reduce the cups?
The regular cup (in the past) has been to tall and gaps between the top of my boobs and where the strap and cup meet. So do you think a 65J with reduced cup and gore would work?
Actually, reduced cup height is a recommended customization on all H+ cups:
*This is an excellent article & starting point of the most common customizations done*
I wish they would just do what Wellfitting has done with a "Regular" cut and "Reduced" cut. I don't remember the exact names but it would make ordering so much easier to have an option in the size menu for Reduced cup, gore and straps moved in. Click and done!!! LOL
Wellfitting's Classic demi equates to Comexim's 3HC half cup
Extra deep plunge ( probably the one you're talking about) would be like Comexim's Patricia plunge
& their Classic plunge would be like Comexim's standard bra/plunge
I agree, it would be super nice to just click options but I understand why they don't. It's really easy to add your customizations to the notes box when ordering though & super wonderful that they allow for customization at all. :) :) :)
Yeah, my only (nwot) comexim purchase showed my why reduced cups are important.
The lace on this bra is really unique, a cool black almost flame-like pattern over red underlay. As an HH, it's the largest cup size I own, and I'm not sure if it's the cup size or style, but it's super full coverage compared to my 70F's and 70G's. It's actually somewhat minimizing, which is a nice option if the shirt neckline and transparency allow. At 3/4", the straps are slightly wider than Comexim's usual 0.625", and the accompanying findings make it pretty difficult to adjust the straps. I don't have a need for the repositionable straps, so I can't comment on this functionality, only that I find they occasionally come undone when putting the bra on, though never throughout the day at all. The quality and design is typical of Comexim's high quality and it's an interesting piece to add to my bra wardrobe.

Cookie pockets added. Removable straps. Cups reduced and gore lowered I believe.
This is my second beautiful Arizona; first was a 60J Plunge which I currently wear with an extender. Although the black lace has changed from a floral to a geometric pattern, this bra remains remarkably lovely! In person, this looks significantly more beautiful than Comexim's website photos. My very short roots are thrilled with this half cup! The wire width feels perfect, too. However, despite 65HH being a sister size to 60J, my breasts aren't experiencing lift in the 65HH that they do in the 60J. This bra settles down .75" below my IMF within 10 minutes: I need more immediate projection. I suspect there is a significant pattern change at "J" which works greatly in my favor. Arizona number three on order: it really is beautiful https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":-)" />
Comexim has, yet again, delivered a stunning, dynamic, red bra. This color is a deep merlot with multiple shades of red and orange floral embroidery around the gore and cups. Again, it doesn't fit my center-full, close-set breasts despite the overlapping and narrowed gore. There is not enough center projection at the base of the gore. This is the pattern feature that always causes a burning sensation regardless of bra size. I've tried MANY. Sigh.
If you have don't have omega-shaped breasts, this bra may fit your center-full breasts perfectly. It is a high quality, supportive, gorgeous bra. But, not the best shape for my omega-shaped pair that require a more narrow top and bottom gore width.
Lovely brilliant red plunge bra. TTS in cups and band as compared to my 65HH - Comexim » Brigitte Biustonosz (332). Like all Comexims, it's also extremely comfortable. However, I've come to find that the plunge cut doesn't suit me as well as the 3HC, so I will be passing this one along.
Thanks so much for posting pictures of this beauty. The stock photos make it look a lot more pink, but your pictures look like a nice red. Do you think that your photos are pretty accurate color-wise?
cupandahalf Sure thing! Yes, I'd say they're pretty accurate to how it looks in real life... a deep, cherry red with no pink at all :)
How wide is the base of this gore? My last order from Comexim did not arrive with the narrowed gores I had requested...none of the bras fit. This one may fit... :-)
Breast are still shrinking, trying to figure out my size. immediate projection great as usually, but cups are too big and too tall for my short roots. The band on this bra seems very stretchy compared to any 65 Comexim I have tried yet. I can easily fasten it on the tightest hooks. Beautiful bra.
Very short, projected, slightly narrow, even, close set breasts.....
My breasts have been....maddening to fit. Jaimie at Bra Obsessed recommended the Eve full cup for my shorties, and sent Anna at Comexim the width (5.6") and depth (10.5") I required. Comexim skillfully crafted an Eve with those measurements: INCREDIBLE customer service.
"Soft" is the first word that comes to mind when I wear Eve. The material is similar to the fabric used in the Ivonne balcony. It drapes well and simultaneously supports. Eve also has the most stretchy Comexim straps I've experienced, to date. Although they are delightfully comfortable, I would happily embrace more rigid straps. That, however, would ...compromise the aesthetic of this bra. Again, I strongly prefer Comexim's choice of materials over Panache, Cleo, Freya, and Curvy Kate. If you have sensitive skin and/or sensory issues with the aforementioned brands, Comexim unlined bras may be a welcome relief to your skin and mind. Eve is supremely comfortable.
For some reason, I feel like a princess in this bra. The embroidery dances across the fabric in a simply elegant manner. It is perfect for me who appreciates minimalistic designs. And although my wardrobe is very simple, I happily add more interest in my "bradrobe."
Cup height is always a challenge for me. In this bra, moving the apex 1 cm lower or reducing the cup height may improve the fit significantly. That little shift will increase lift and eliminate the wrinkles in the top of the cup. I don't know yet if I am courageous enough to complete this alteration myself. But, it looks more simple than removing 1/3 of my 65K Eris plunge. https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_wink.gif" alt=";-)" /> After watching 2hours of bra making videos, lowering the strap would be helpful. Lowering the strap two inches forces the pattern maker to reduce the cup height accordingly. This would liberate my armpits and eliminate the wrinkles.
The overlapping gore alteration is critical to my comfort. Additionally, I now understand I require the narrowed gore. My right breast, that often looks dwarfed compared to the left, is more center-full. Without a narrowed and overlapped gore, the wire tethers the right breast. Not only does this cause a burning sensation, but it also creates false asymmetry. It is entirely possible my breasts sit 1/4" off-center, too. Strange.
My next Eve (there will be another Eve https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":-)" /> ) will have narrowed gore, overlapping gore (preferably the right cup wire is placed furthest from the body during the alteration), and straps lowered 1.5"-2".

This bra's measurements have been altered
Ordered with specific depth (10.5") and specific depth (5.5")
I'm surprised we have our first Eve just now; especially considering Eve has been in production since 2009. My hope is others will soon experience the comfort and immediate projection (!!) Of Comexim unlined bras.
Love4Pollinators. Thanks Did you specify band length or was it the standard length. if, standard what was the stretch length? I'm thinking of ordering it and can't decide 60 or 65
Primula Click on "measurements" just under the name of the bra on this page. You'll see all of the measurement data. This band length was specified at 22" but it arrived longer, 24.3". Still it was supportive, but I asked for a shorter band on my reorder.
Love4Pollinators thanks! I just looked at the blank box and did not click below.
This bra fits well. A tad bit too small for my bigger side but the don't have the next size up in the shop. Super comfortable and beautiful to look at. The longline slims out my upper torso too!
Beautiful bra, but it doesn't fit. This was my first attempt to find my Comexim size, which I now think is either 60 K or L. In European sizing, I wear a 28G/GG.
This is a gorgeous bra. I really love it for a number of reasons, most of which have to do with the cup construction. I got this used from another bratabase user, and I was surprised at the light weight fabric and wires; it barely weighs anything. Initially I thought it would be a boob hat (doesn't lift, just sits on your tits), but I couldn't have been more wrong.
This, and every other comexim bra I have are like mithril brassieres, or "bra-sithril" as I call it. I really love the shape and lift of this thing. The shape it gives is SO ROUND. It's unusual in ...my experience to have a seamed foam cup give this kind of shape. The wires on this were a great height on my 6'0 tall frame, and did I nice job enclosing without pinching.
I also love that there are actually 3 hooks. It makes such a huge difference in the feel of the band. I do wish the band was a bit longer, but I prefer a slightly looser fit. My only complaint is the tension on the thread. There is a bit of cut in across the horizontal cup seams because the stitching has less give than the foam. Oddly enough there is a smooth line across the top of the cup, but in the middle theres a little I cut.
I love this bra, I got it with straps moved in, lowered gore, overlapping wires and cookie pockets.
The bra looks a lot more beautiful in person than on the website and I love the lace at the top of the cup.
The cups fit great without a cookie on my bigger days an on my smaller days I use cookies in it https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" /> The band runs about a bandsize small so I have to use an extender, my ribcage measures 71-72 cm (28.3 in) and the streched band measurement is 69 cm, so hopefully it will stretch out a little.
Such a beautiful bra. Sorry it’s not a perfect fit.
