I ordered this custom as a regular plunge, rather than the longline. I also ordered this with straps taken in 2cm, and cups reduced 1cm. At first glance, this bra is modeled after 36GG - Anna Pardal For Comexim » Hibiscus , but I actually found this to fit much better. The cups are typical Comexim plunge, but with the added sophisticated touch at the top of the cup.

Size-wise, the band is definitely tighter, which I've found universally true for black bands on Comexim bras, and the cups are TTS, borderline small. Like most Comexim, the bra is much better in person than online. Of ... the bunch of new Comexims I ordered, this is the best fitting one.

Stands to be said, I can't recommend enough ordering with Jaimie from braobsessed! She is knowledgeable, caring, and quick to respond. There is a slight upcharge for Comexim bras, but the pay-off is being able to return bras, even those that are custom, and I was able to have them ordered to my front door without worry of a needed signature. I will def order from her again.

    • Im waiting for the short version as well ! hope it will work forme:)

    • martka00 , glad I'm not the only one not going for longlines! I love the look of them, and on other people, but my ribs flare out too much, so it'd be such a pain to get the right fit with a firmer Polish band. Thank goodness Comexim is so willing to customize their bras. :D I hope Rose works for you! I'm wearing mine now, and the fit is so spot on -- firm, but very comfy. And, of course, the print is beautiful.

    • ginganinja I would love to try long lines but I have office work which requires a lot of siting and working with computer so wearing longline I guess may be bit uncomfortable. But I really hope that it will fit me as they promised to fix it for me as normal 70f is too wide on the sides
And also I love the print of it !!!

  2. So, just about two weeks ago, I spent a couple days in Toronto. And y'all know what that means (for me, anyway)... bra shopping! I hit up my favourite store first, Broad Lingerie. They don't carry much in my size in stock, but this was truly a find (and deal!) of the century.

First of all, I never thought I would be a fan of the print until I saw it in person. The cups have a mostly pink, red, and green rose print, with slightly shiny black pinstripes running vertically. The cups also have a stretchy black elastic attached along the top edge, with very thin elastic ... fibers attaching it to the edge of the cup. From afar, it looks like the elastic is floating above the cup edge, creating a neat negative-space effect. It also helps the cups lie flat against my breasts, and not cut in. Other than the cups, the rest of the bra is black.

As for fit, it is pretty much perfect. The band is snug enough and stays in place on the loosest hook, the wires are a good width, the straps are spaced well for me, and the cups are basically the perfect volume. The only minor fit issue I get is that the gore doesn't quite tack on me, but I don't feel any less secure in this bra. In fact, I feel quite secure, well supported, and nicely shaped as well despite the bra being so light on my body. The only other qualms I have with this bra are 1. that there were a few loose threads when I bought it, but that's no big deal, and 2. the sides of the hook tape (ie. the top and bottom when worn; the sides perpendicular to the edge with the hooks poking out) seem to be sealed through some heat-treated method, basically melting the edges together instead of sewing those edges shut, which starts to get a little pokey after wearing it for several hours. I may try to either file these edges to smooth them a bit, or I may trim off those edges and sew them shut instead. That being said, I can absolutely live with these issues.

This bra gives me the same great shape that my other Comexims do, which is upfront, pulled in from the sides, and rounded with a light peak. Perfection for me.
The best part? It was on clearance for $20 CAD.

Wow! It looks great! I was a fool to pass up the 30G on Breakout Bras. One of my close friends got it as I was helping her with her size and new bras and she loved it. Just as I was about to get it, so we could twin, AGBras got it. And it looks great on her. My loss for waiting so long indecisively.

What a great find! Looks amazing on you.

Wow, great deal. It looks really good on you.

You certainly followed a lucky star to that shop! It's a really lovely optic and hugs you at best ! Love the wings, cup details, wide straps. Nice !

What a great deal! It looks lovely on you. I file those edges regularly- makes a huge difference.

    • Thank you all! Sonya I'm glad to hear that filing the edges works for you! I will definitely give it a try then.

What a bargain!!! It looks great on you. I agree the website's product photos didn't make it look wonderful. The pattern is actually more appealing in your photo. Maybe it's the lighting?

Anyway, congratulations on a beautiful, supportive, well-fitting deal!

I agree that this bra is best appreciated in person. I was able to snag my size from Breakout Bras and it’s comfortable, surprisingly pretty, and makes a ,overly shape. The fit looks perfect for you, by the way!

: singing like Jewel: This bra was meant for me, and my breasts were meant for it💃🏽.

This review is based on fit in my right (bigger) breast.

The gore and cups sit flush against my skin. The cup kinda digs into my underarm fat on my right side. I don't want to loosen the strap (I like a firm fit) and it's not a big deal either. It's only noticeable if I reach forward or lift my arm above my head.

The cup is a bit shallow near the underwire/where the center cup seam is.

It's going to take getting used to wearing a properly, well fitted bra again! I'm not used to seeing my breasts forward and lifted as I've been wearing bralettes a lot lately.

This bra has the straps moved in and cookie pockets added. With these modifications, the overall fit is like a 60J/K Comexim Plunge, but better. Even though the cups are taller than I need, I can't get any gapping even if I try because the cups close off perfectly on top. I'm not a fan of the extra strong wires, though, as they tend to dig in a bit and cause some discomfort by the end of the day. For some reason, I seem to get a bit of an east/west look with this bra, but it's not bad. I appreciate the narrow cups, great projection and good support this bra gives. And bonus points for the snug band.

    • It looks great on you. Glad you got a good fit. Do you find that their plunges fit bigger than their half cups, or are the plunges just taller? I'm always scared to order plunges because the one I tried had lots of gaping on top even though it's the same size as what I wear in their half cups.

    • This is such a beautiful print. It looks amazing on you. So happy you got a good fit

    • Glad that you found a good fit!

      Thanks, guys!
Wilderness1- I do find that that their plunges fit bigger by a cup size or so. Their plunge cups are narrower and more projected, so they seem to work better with my shape. My next custom Comexim order will be a plunge with reduced cup height, straps moved in and cookie pockets in a 60L.

    • Interesting, because I think that I would take the same size in both. My 60HH half cup was too small in cup and band so I would likely need a 65HH which is the same size as the 30G Jade plunge I have been testing which fits for all intents and purposes. Cups are a bit tall and the straps are wide (as well as tight band, but that’s not hugely relevant to the cup fit).

    • Thanks for the feedback Sonya .... I thought they might fit a bit bigger. I'm interested to know how your next order will work out with those alterations.

    Didn't fit

I wish I had measured this bra right when I received it, but I didn't, so I'm fudging the band length a bit to be more in line with Rose Half Cups. 30" is about how far the band stretches without distorting the cups anyway.

Despite it being 'stretchy', the band on this bra is somehow also very firm, or at least it feels so to me. For my 29" ribcage, this bra was initially too tight to wear, but after a few wearings and/or a bit of lost weight(?), I'm more comfortable in it. Apparently black-band Comexim bras run small? I'm eyeballing the Noir, and Jaimie from BraObsessed ... warned me that that one is even smaller than usual, with a 34/75 only stretching to 31.5"... yeesh!

Also: finally, a bra with wires narrow enough for me? They might actually be very slightly too narrow, which could also be because of the cups being a little bit too small. It's a wild feeling not to have extra volume on the sides of a bra's cup, honestly. Though I guess I should try a 70J/32GG in my next padded Comexim... just to make sure that a size up wouldn't be perfect! (I do have a Jade "Liftsational" on the way in two cup sizes, hopefully my email to Wellfitting caught them in time to get a 70HH/70J...)

This is a really lovely bra. https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" /> And it gives me such a great shape! I have three Cleo/Panache Marcie-model bras, and they all give me a sad squished shape on the sides and not nearly enough lift. Not so in this bra! A beautiful round shape.

I do have to heartily recommend shopping with Jaimie, the back-and-forth I have been having since yesterday afternoon about what models I should try in Ewa Michalak has been so much more helpful than any back-and-forth I've had with a bra website before, honestly. I said I prefer rounded shapes because I vaguely recalled that was relevant to which model of EMs I should buy, and out Jaimie whipped two suggested models (CHP, followed by PL) and a further recommendation of something that was in stock in a size that should work for me. (Eyeballing the measurements on the Opium, I have to agree that it seems like the G cup there (slightly deeper than the "G" on Comexim's padded plunge) would be perfect...)
