Shallow boob heaven!! This is tied for the BEST-fitting bra I own (along with Masquerade Alice, also 30DD), and I have tried a dozen styles so far. This is by far the best-suited to my shallow, wide-rooted boobs. I love it so much, I got 2 of them!
I wouldn't mind if the wires were a *hair* wider, but the shape (open on top, 2 vertical seams) is ideal for my shallow boobs. I love that it has a relatively short (5.5 cm) gore, too.
This would work for someone needing a 28E or F, as the band is short for a 30 (unstretched, it's barely longer than my 28F ...Cleo Marcie, and shorter than my 28F Freya Just Flew In).
It has a soft, thin nude-colored foam lining (with 2 vertical seams), covered with lace. When I modeled my first one for my boyfriend, he said "wow, it's beautiful!"

This bra is not a good shape for me, and I'm 100% certain it's a bad size as well. This is no fault of the bra, of course, but I knew it didn't fit from the get-go and I kept it anyway. The band is way too tight, and I realized just now that it's because stretched-out it measures 29". I'm exactly 29" around, and a 30" band is often my best bet. It's interesting reading about this bra stretching out, because I haven't experienced that at all (yet).
It's very pretty and feminine - I have one that is just peach or pink. I think the split strap ...and the bow are pretty, but I like to be girly like that (under my clothes). The straps, however, are way too far apart for me.
I don't like the shape the bra gives me at all. At first I thought it was interesting, and I liked how it seemed to fit my wide-set breasts perfectly in a way that other bras haven't so far. But I quickly got over that. Maybe it's indeed because of my wide set, but I prefer to be pushed up and together... not down and out. This bra makes my chest look very wide and yet also quite flat because it squished me quite a bit and gave me a monstrous quad boob on my left side (the larger side).
The worst part for me is that even though I have quad boob and am more or less pinned down by this bra, I don't fill out the bottom half of the cups at all. The fabric wrinkles and forms a pretty significant crease that ends up making me look like I have square boobs. I have tried to hike up the straps, but inevitably it settles back down. And anyway, if I adjust the straps the necessary amount, I get even more quad-boob and then the bra is basically in my armpits. Beautiful.
I'm posting this one for fitting help, because clearly I've got the size wrong ... but I also am inclined to think that maybe this bra doesn't work for my shape. Read more 249 more words
This bra is really cute and works well if you need a low center gore. The cups are too small for me now, but when they fit it was very comfortable. Soft stretchy band so doesn't give the best support ever.
I thought that sizing up would make things better. They didn't. This bra is still very shallow and cuts into my tall roots. If you're very shallow, don't have much immediate projection, and have short roots, this may be for you.
The bra is pretty comfortable, but the lace cover and seams show up under clothing. Also, even though it is lined/lightly padded, my nipple outline shows through shirts, giving me "headlights", which I don't like. The cup fits fine, but the band is too large - I'm really more of a 28 band, but that is impossible to find in stores here, and I was desperate. It might be the too loose band, but I don't think this bra does anything for me shape wise. My breasts just kind of sit in the cup, whereas in the freya longline I own, my breasts are lifted up, and the side support pulls the in.
I feel like the lace won't wear well. There is a bit of fraying already along the seams at the top. I imagine it will only get worse, as it looks like it may snag easily.
In summary: comfy, kind of cute, but not a favorite.
I was uncertain about this one when I first tried it on, as the band was incredibly tight and my breasts spilled out a little over the top. I thought maybe it would relax/stretch enough, but after a few weeks, that hadn't changed. AND I discovered that I wasn't scooping my breasts into my bras properly. When I did that, I decided that it was definitely the wrong size. Otherwise, it was comfortable with no itchiness or poking.
Cute, nude color is a nice fair tone that matches my skin color nicely, lace ruffle across top of cups is soft and comfortable, band made of mesh material, might remove the three black bows as they might show through clothing, straps connect together in the back
I'm kind of in love with this bra. The lace overlay is so, so pretty and the molded cups look and feel like they were custom-made for me. A couple of issues though: the band is really stretchy, and I can already tell it's going to stretch out too long after some wear. Also, the vertical seams on the cups show though thin shirts, so this is best worn under a thicker material top or a sweater.
SUCH a cute bra!!! The fabric on the outside is luxuriously soft! Seriously can't stop touching it. The little bows are adorable. The seams on the inside of the cup are pretty low profile but could possibly be irritating to some during long periods. I don't THINK I would have an issue and I'm pretty sensitive. The projection is good and the wires are decently narrow, although not quite narrow enough for me. The gore is nice and low. The straps are slightly too wide-set for me, the cups are too small, and the band is slightly too loose. Probably because the cups are too small, the gore does not tack. The straps dig in near my armpit, which could be both because the cups are too small and the straps are too wide-set.
I wore this bra back in the day in 30C, but of course this size was always too small for me. At one point though, I considered Betsey Johnson bras in 30C to be my best fitting bras. Now that I've discovered my proper size and seen my cup size increase and become less shallow, this bra no longer works for me. This particular style from Betsey is extremely shallow, more so than the other styles I wore regularly (the Starlet and other lace cups are better).
I've tried this more recently in both 30D and 30DD, and while the wires and cup shape are better ...for me in 30DD than 30D, it's still way too shallow. I am busting out of the middle of this bra while the shallow cups cut in and minimize me. Not a good look! I think this is a great option for people who are truly shallow, but not for average or projected shapes.
I've also found that when the cup shape is a mismatch, it can cause discomfort in the wires. The wires on this bra dig in for me and feel like they are rolling upward and into my body. I love this bra, but I must have gained weight and no longer fit as well as I did. It's a pretty bra, and this design fits me better than almost any other bra type: open at the top, low center gore, straps widely set nearly all the way at the outermost part of my pectorals, and the lower wing. This bra is too shallow and closed on top for me, also probably just too small. 30DDD would be more appropriate, but I would probably run into the same problems.
First off let me say that I was a girl who thought her one true size was 34B for like... ever. I never went and bothered getting professionally fitted until later in life and have since been sized correctly and now LOVE bras. Anywho, now that I know I’m a 30DD/DDD, bras are way more comfortable and fun! This bra is a great find for those with shallow breasts with a lot of tissue, like mine! It’s a lovely everyday bra that doesn’t make me want to take it off first thing after work!
Please don't forget to measure the bra! It's so awesome to have some one join new on their bra journey! Also from the looks of it, it looks like this bra is too shallow for you. The under wires aren't sitting in your IMF (wires pushed directly under breast), I think if you were to do this you would find the cup collapsing under your boobs & gaping at the top. Molded cup bras do this on 90% of women even if the cups are too small.

No I'm not saying you have gaping, lol. I'm saying if you were to put the bra on and make sure the wires were in your IMF, then it is likely that you would have gaping. I'm not sure if you can see it in the picture like i can, but I can clearly see a pretty large space between the bottom of your breast and the under wire of the bra. Which is a big sign that says the bra is too shallow for you. There are a variety of different levels of shallow breasts and projected breasts and I thoroughly recommend reading all the stuff on the sub-Reddit; ABraThatFits. They do an excellent job describing different breast shapes, roots, and projected/shallow breasts. If the bra is comfortable, wear it until you find bras more suited to your shape. Your IMF is the spot directly under your breast where the breast tissue stops and the ribcage starts, that's where the under wire should be. I found that in the beginning of my journey I was wearing bras far too low on my torso and that really mucks up the fit of a bra. Hope that was a bit more helpful and clearer than my last message. I often forget not everyone knows everything about bras!

Honestly, molded cup bras are just really difficult to fit. Your breasts either have to be the exact shape of the bra or they need to be just soft enough to allow the bra to mold them to the shape of the bra. This is not a BAD fit for a molded cup bra, I just know that their is better fitting bras! I recommend looking for bras that are non-padded to help you better figure out the shape that is best for you. From looking here it looks like you need a bra that is on the shallow side (but not SUPER shallow like this bra) with and open top to accommodate your tall roots. If you like padded bras it's best to stick with the cut-n-sew variety as they're not outrageously shallow like the molded cup bras. I'd like to point you towards Tutti Rouge (if you pick the Nicole bra, pick and entire size smaller than normal). They're known for being good for wide rooted and shallow individuals. Trying these bras will help you get a better understanding of your shape, if your wide rooted, FOB, FOT, inner/outer fullness, centre fullness. So on and so forth. It'll also help us help you pick out better bras! Also, make sure you always do the scoop-n-Swoop while leaning over when you put on your bra. This will help get all your tissue into the cups. It's really hard to tell what your shape is through a padded/molded cup bra. I don't believe changing your size will make this bra fit your shape better. I thought i was very wide and shallow at the beginning of my bra journey, but after trying MANY bras, I have found i am the complete opposite! I could take you measurements and find bras you could buy from other users on here or to find other bras that match your measurements if you'd like, but they may not necessarily match your shape as I don't have a very good idea of what your shape is. I just know you have tall roots and that you may be somewhat shallow and wide set.
Pros: This bra is simple and classic, with a pretty gold rose charm in the center. The cups are smooth and disappear well under a tee. The straps are comfortable, and have a clip for a racerback option, although they're hard to adjust.
Cons: The band "creaks" when you move, probably something to do with the elastic, which is firmer than other bras I have owned. This bra in particular was the wrong size for me, although I did purchase another in a 30D, which still has some fit issues because of shape incompatibility.
currently my only kind of fitting bra. i used to wear the 30D, but either i've improved my swoop and scoop skills, my boobs have grown, or both, because the 30D now makes me quadboob. so i decided to buy the 30DD...
and it still quadboobs? it turns out that there is a shape issue. the forever perfect is designed for outer fullness, not for inner full people. the east-west shape is nowhere near as prominent as the shape of the betsey johnson's stocking stripe, but it's still kind of there in this forever perfect. i have more inner fullness and the cup cuts in slightly. that said, this ...bra stretches and distorts as i wear it daily, so the quadboob eventually becomes a non-issue. so quality wise this cannot compare to other brands like panache and freya.
another thing, the wings come up higher and show a little more when i wear sleeveless tops with huge armholes.
the most important thing about this bra is that it's wide enough for me. it used to feel a little narrow when it was new, but as said before, i've worn the bra so much that nowadays i put this bra on the tightest hooks and the cup width stretches from 5.5 inches to 6 inches.
it's not holy grail, perfect, highest quality, but it's good enough, and it's so cheap on ebay. a win win if you ask me. Read more 128 more words
Super cute. Bought for growing stepdaughter. Something I did notice is the band seems incredibly thin/cheap and very stretchy, I question how long it will hold up. Also, the cups kinda seem to point east to west all on their own.
