My opinion has been changed! I tried both the Harper (padded) and the Hailey (foam lined) in 32AA when they first came out, and hated them. Turns out both aerie memory foam styles run very small/narrow in the cup. With the original styles (bold colors and ultra smooth fabric), I would absolutely recommend sizing up in the cup unless you have a very narrow root. The new lacy models feel like they have a looser back band, but I think the cups still do run narrow.
The Harper has the perfect amount of padding for me. It's got a little bump at the bottom, but is not extreme or fake looking. Similar to the Bridget or the pushup Paige. The gore is slightly narrower than on my Bridgets, which is great for me. Now, if only they came in 30s!
This bra works quite well for me, I've collected a couple of different colors and will probably get more https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" /> It has just enough pushup for those days when I want to give myself a little lift, but does not look unnatural or change the shape too much. The band is very stretchy and comfortable and has a 'ballet' style back which keeps the straps from falling down, an issue I am normally plagued with. I have shallow breasts but do not have any gaping issues with this one.
