It has just enough pushup for those days when I want to give myself a little lift, but does not look unnatural or change the shape too much. The band is very stretchy and comfortable and has a 'ballet' style back which keeps the straps from falling down, an issue I am normally plagued with. I have shallow breasts but do not have any gaping issues with this one.
