About the bra in general:
+ It is beyond comfortable!
+ Padded wire channels / wide shoulder straps
+ Band is wide and supportive
+ racer-back option
+ very nice round shape (not the dreaded flat boob shape)
+ good for lighter activities or lounging

- limited size range (If there was 34J / 34JJ, I think that would be my "proper" size)
- it does limit bouncing somewhat but I doubt I'd go jogging with this bra or do heavy impact activity https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_confused.gif" alt=":S" />
- gore does not tack (in any of the sizes I tried)

36H is a good fit in band and cups. Maybe the band could be a tiny bit smaller and the cups a bit bigger. But I won't complain, 36H is as good as it gets. Very comfortable and supportive. Uplifted round shape. I have worn this bra a lot since I got it. I love it! It's my favourite everyday bra now. I mostly wear it at home, don't do any exercise in it. What I like is that it gives me a round shape under t-shirt and looks like a wear a regular bra, so I can also go out with it. Could not get the gore to tack though. Don't know if it is supposed to.
