Didn't fit

My shape: FOB, projected, soft tissue, narrow roots and shoulders
Appearance: This bikini is so darn cute!! (Makes it even worse that it fits me so poorly, wahhh) The fabric print looks like yarn in all kinds of colors: bright reds, oranges, yellows, blues, purples, greens... rainbow yarn print! The majority of the bikini is a bright cobalt blue shade, perfect for summer. At the gore is a hot pink bow. The straps have the same yarn print fabric, as well.
The cups are constructed of 4 vertical seams at the bottom, and one horizontal seam across the top. Those extra seams definitely help with projection!
Fit: Another huge bikini disappointment. https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_sad.gif" alt=":(" /> I have yet to find a swimsuit that fits me! I'm starting to get a little depressed about it.
Anyways, the cups are really tall and there's a Grand Canyon of gape-age at the tops of the cups. The wires are not as narrow as I hoped, and the straps dig into my armpits. I think a soft cup bikini MIGHT work better for me, but at this point, I am writing off Dalia as a brand that works for me. Sad, because they have a LOT of super cute bikinis and bras.

This bra is not owned any more

  • Are you any good at sewing? If the bottom half of the cup fits well, then you could easily cut the top of the bikini down to more preferred height for your breasts and then move the straps in some. These are some fairly easy adjustments for bras/bikinis. I'm sure it will be an immensely helpful thing for you to know since your size is so un-common!

I thought about trying that, LeProfessor! It fits well everywhere except the top. I do have a sewing machine, and I have done strap narrowing alterations a LOT recently, but never tried moving around parts of a cup. It's a little scary!
I might have my friend, who is a much more experienced seamstress than I am, take a look and see if she can offer any helpful pointers. I really love this bikini, so it might be worth it to try to make it work for me!
