I had a hard time measuring the band for this, since the lace part of the back of the straps is attached, so I couldn't really stretch it as far as it would go. The measurement I put for both stretched and unstretched band are a best guestimate. Just based on how it felt when I tried it on, and on looking at it, I would say the band is true to size.
