Compared to the 70G - Prima Donna » Satin Strapless Bra (0161331) , this bra looks nicer on me due to the molding, but I'm pretty positive I'll prefer the Satin once it's the right size.

This bra has a firmer band than the Satin, stretching only (properly) to around 32" instead of all the way to 35", so with my new band size I need a 30, but definitely not a 28.

I've sort of gone off molded cup strapless bras after my disastrous experience with the Fantasie Smoothing Moulded Strapless Bra (4530) , which I got bullied into buying in 32FF before getting home and finding that it was comically too big under dresses. (Like, the 32F was too small, quadding visibly, but this is a shape problem -- it's too darn shallow for me, and the FF responded to a tight dress by VISIBLY DENTING.) ...Basically, if I'm going to be potentially wearing something tight, I would rather have a soft cup bra.
