Panache Ariza trials
nr 1: 32J - Panache » Superbra Ariza (5051) , failed, too small cups
nr 2: 32JJ - Panache » Superbra Ariza (5051) , failed, too big in both cups and band (probably mislabelled)
nr 3: grabbed super cheap 34J - Panache » Superbra Ariza (5051) on ebay, had super low expectations
The 34J ended up being a weird fit, the gore didn't lie flat, the band felt a tiny bit big & it just didn't feel right all over.
Since it was non returnable anyway, I was not hesistant to do some alternations; first step: taking in the center gore.
It made such a big difference:

The bra feels 100 times more supportive & I don't have the feeling that I have to adjust it all the time, also the center gore does now lie flat.
My boobs were finally as high on chest as they should be and I really like the shape this bra gave me.

I try now to figure out my size in (other) Arizas and plan to buy more of them. I'm just not sure If I am 32JJ, 32K, 34J or 34JJ. Each color seem to run a bit different than the other.
I gathered some infos (mostly from busenfreundinnen.net & figleaves reviews):
Ariza Teal: upper cup section does run tight / small. The fit was off.
Ariza purple: upper cup section does run tight / small
Ariza violet mix: does run a bit smaller in the cups than the older two colored styles (pre SS 2012)
Ariza Teal/Pink: band does run a bit looser & a bit more generous cups
Ariza pale aqua: a bit more generous in the cups
Ariza black: upper cup section does run tight

Ooooooh the lift is incredible after the alteration! And the colour is gorgeous as well. Gahh you tempt me.
I'm really not helping here, but I just wanted to say that your boobs look SOOOOO much better after the gore alteration! That really goes to show you how much the gore can affect the fit! Your boobs look so much younger and happier! :D You look great btw with that bra on and that tight top! :) It makes me so happy to see when people get the righ fitt! :D How's the band now? A little too loose?
