I live in Canada and can tell you the best option to use is the post office. Don't use FedEx, UPS, or DHL -- the price will be ridiculous (we're talking $30-60) and the buyer will likely end up paying duties/taxes on top of it. It usually costs between $3-12 for someone to ship a bra to me in Canada from the US using the post office, depending on the weight and size of the package. Regular first class large envelope shipping is the cheapest.
