Dec 30, 2012. Should I change the fitting status of my bras?

I´m again wondering...

It seems that every single bra I buy, at first it seems to fit fine and after a few days / weeks or so I notice something odd about the fit. It´s frustrating.

Now I have the opposite situation with Panache sport bra 28FF. When I first tried it on, there was kinda wrinkling at the top of cups. So I marked that bra as "not fitting" to Bratabase. Well, now that I have been wearing that bra, there is no more that wrinkling. It can be due to 2 reasons, I think. Either my boobs are swollen due to PMS, or my boobs have got back the migrated tissue.

The question is, should I change the status of the bra to "fits" if it really fits me from now on? Or should I leave the initial fitting information I first filled in? It´s been a few weeks since I got the bra, I think. Not a very long time, I have had time to use the bra a few times.

  • I usually set fit only after couple of days of wear. Bras need adjusting period and in my size also some "breaking in", just like brand new shoes. This is why women edit and update their reviews after a while and I think it's great to hear how a bra behaves with some wear. I do think you should correct the fitting status and edit your reviews. I also think you should reamesure first, maybe the reason that one fits you is seen in cm, so you may have to enter whole new set of measurements and then adjust the fit :)

  • ^Okay!
It is a good advice to wear the bra a few times before filling in the fitting information and I surely will do that from now on.
