Got my Cleo Marcie 32F in the mail today, and, like I thought, it was too full on top for me. The wires were a really good fit though, so I might salvage them and turn it into a bra of my own invention.

Anyway, I'm back to looking at Lucy, because even though Maddie and Juna are really good fits, I really, really want non-moulded cups. I dunno why, I just prefer that. And the Lucy fits really well too. If only it didn't have those painful seems! Next I'm going to try to get my hands on a Lucy 32F (which should fit my current measurements better than my 30F in both cup and band) and hope that a looser band helps with the cutting-in. I don't have high hopes for that, though, because looking at the Marcie and the Lucy side by side, the seam on Lucy is so much thinner and sharp-looking. If it doesn't work, then I guess my search for the perfect bra continues...

  • Nothing wrong with making a bra fit you via modifications. Bras are made via a pattern--we are not.

  • I also do well in Lucy but not Marcie. Freya unlined work well on me ( Secret Garden and co), as do ewa CH. My roots are short in height so lots of taller cups gape at the top on me. But bras for FOB work better
