A big Thank You.

I think I have found my size and equally important the bras that work in that size. I had always been wearing a 34A and never gave it a second thought...that is, until I found this site. Putting up a few fit requests and reading all the great info on others fit issues I set out on a search. Keep in mind that at my size I don't have the same problems that so many of you struggle with, but I was still determined to see if there were better fitting bras out there for me.

Not having the funds to purchase the more expensive brands from on line and boutique retailers, I settled for searching out the clearance racks at all the usual places and tried on A LOT of bras. As was suggested by many of you, I started looking for 32 B's and C's which I never thought possible before. I found that most of the 32's were too tight for my taste and the cups were too narrow for my widish root. I continued the search and started seeking out 34B's with smaller/tighter bands and have found several that I really like. I have found that H&M and Aerie bands seem to run smaller in the band while maintaining the necessary cup width and fit really well (and are always on sale). As strange as it may sound my best fitting bra right now is from Target of all places, it's a 34B front close t-shirt bra and as much as I HATE front close bras this one works for me.

So a great big THANK YOU to all the help, guidance and encouragement. To be honest, I never thought there would be difference but now I now what a difference the right bra makes (even for the smallest of us :)

  • What a great story, and with such a happy ending, too! Wow, it must be great to find a well fitting bra at Target and well fitting ones at places that always have sales. I admit, I'm a little envious. I'm mostly very happy for you, though. :)
