Dry skin
I don't know why, but I have chronically dry skin on my boobs. I've tried creams, oils, exfoliations, and nothing helps. My skin is dry in general but my boobs are exceptionally dry. Does anyone else this problem? What can I do?

My husband doesn't have boobs, but he does have chronically dry skin on his chest and under his arms that nothing will get rid of. His doctor says it's a mild case of eczema.
Mareka Do you think eczema cream would help? It's driving me nuts!
