Question for you guys?

So, how do you know if you are wearing a "parachute bra" or if your size is just usually made for someone with a taller and broader frame, leading to you needing to tighten straps and stuff because your boobs sit very high on your body?

  • Hello, hello! For me, I think it's pretty obvious once you find your size/a shape of bra that fits for you. I'm 5'1 so, yeah, never met a wired bra that was intended for my height. I do have to tighten my straps a lot, but 1. your straps should never be hurting you 2. you kind of get used to where they normally sit on your body. For regular (i.e., to make them shorter you pull the adjuster forward not back), fully adjustable straps, the adjusters tends to sit somewhere around the top of my shoulders for me. Half-adjustable straps tend to be just on the edge of not adjusting short enough for me, and I have had an unwired bra with nonadjustable straps or two that just had way too long straps for me :P. In terms of the cups themselves, maybe this'll help? https://hugsforyourjugs.blogspot.com/2017/04/bra-science-16-signs-youre-wearing.html
