Thoughts on in-cup quadboob

My 28HH Cleo Marcie (6831) almost fits me now. I have moved the straps a little and altered the center gore beyond recognition. It is the closest to a fitting plunge bra in my size that I have ever seen.
What remains to be fixed is the gaping of the cups near the center gore that I had from the beginning (I just don't have that much tissue there) and the horizontal seam cutting in.
I have heard people say that this can be the sign of too small cups. But I don't spill over anywhere else, not even with the now lower center gore.
I think this is more of an problem that results from two things combined:
First, the too-loose upper section that doesn't do much shaping or lifting for me, and Second, my soft breast tissue.
When I grab the cup where the first butterfly is (I don't know how to describe it otherwise, but there are butterflies at the top of the cups) und lift, the cutting-in disappears. It also improves the shape that the bra gives me (imo, at least) and eliminates the gaping.
Somehow I couldn't move the straps that far inwards, so I thought about adding a second pair of straps.
Yes, Marcie is my personal Frankenbra.

Two questions for you guys: Do you have the same or similar issues?
And does anyone know where to find red bra straps in Europe or Germany?
