Why are there less moulded bras for larger cups like J or K? Are there inserts I could put under my bra for shape? And nipple coverage?

Yes, you can get nipple covers.
I had asked that molded cup question so many times over the years and then I came across this offering last year:

This bra had been in Bravissimo's product offerings for so long and previously stopped at a J cup but they then released this in JJ and K cups late last year. The onsite reviews are mostly positive but sadly for me, it did not work as the wires were hilariously too wide. Only the black and champagne colorways go up to a K cup btw.
