So sad that my boobs grew..
I gained weight. From being able to wear a Frey 28, I now need to use a bra extender on a la senza 34. Not sure if it's only because of the cups or I'm really now a 36?
Haven't measured myself because I'm scared.
This just makes me really really sad. I know how this might be irrelevant for some. But for someone like me who is already struggling to find the correct bra, this is just so sad..

I’m so sorry that you’re dealing with this. I can unfortunately relate. 😔 I’m also in the same boat of gaining weight and struggling because now none of my bras fit right, and I’m having so much discomfort from the band digging into my skin above my stomach. I’m also scared to buy new bras and 1) not be able to find the right size or 2) buying new bras in the new size and then losing weight and have to start all over again.
Just in case it helps; Freya bands are (or at least used to be) very stretchy!
Don't know about LaSenza (never worn them), but the 28 Freya band may be closer to the LaSenza 34 than it seems.. ?
Also, I can totally imagine this sucks ): but try not to be too hard on yourself. Times are challenging enough as it is.
If you do manage to work up the courage, just measure yourself, and/or ask for advice on here for something comfortable to wear? Maybe some stretch lace bras or supportive sports tops to allow for fluctuation?
FWIW, your comfort is more important than sizes/labels/measurements <3
