Freya and Fantasie are owned by the same company, Wacoal, who also own Elomi, Goddess, b.tempt'd.
The sizing should be fairly similar as they both use the same "standard".
They are similar. I love Freya, and wear a handful of Fantasie. Fantasie stops at a 30 band, Freya goes down to 28. Personally I find Fantasie bands slightly stretchier/larger than Freya. They also tend to be more side support and full coverage styles, vs freyas plunges, deco, fun colors etc. I see Freya as Fantasie's little sister, kinda like how Cleo is to Panache.
