Apparently they decided to offer lower prices on items not in stock.... soooooooo I finally made an order. Spent waaay more than I should have and got 3 bras. PL-Zenith-65D, 3DM Kankan-65D, and I took a leap of faith and got a BM Bibi Fuksja-65E. I kept going over the measurements tables here on BtB and it looks like it is going to be a close call in fitting me. I think the 70DD (which apparently has smaller cups than the 65E) was closer to fitting me, but I didn't want to deal with outrageously huge band syndrome instead of mildly big band syndrome. Here goes my first expensive AF trial and error with EM.

Older Ewa bands seem hilariously tight. My BM Fluo feels closer to a 65 than to a 70. So you could have maybe tried one in 70DD? I'm considering getting one of the BMs for my little sister
