I think yes. Your band size will definitely shrink, but your cup volume may or may not change that much for subtle weight loss/gain. However, I think since you are looking at 100lbs+, your breasts will lose volume like the rest of you.
Maybe. I lost 60 pounds and at first my boobs shrank, only a little bit. Then they actually got bigger.
