Pregnancy, nursing, considering a breast augmentation
Years ago I wanted my boobs done. Then after my first was born I found out about properly fitting bras. I had a few miscarriages but was finally able to carry a baby to term. I loved my boobs when pregnant and now that I'm nursing, I feel amazing. My waist looks tiny. My boobs are about 8-10cm bigger than before. I'll be nursing for a while, 3-4 years. But I'm really considering getting a breast augmentation afterwards. I know some people here have had it done. Any advice on things to do or not do?

Just remember that implants are never perfect. Surgeons can do an awful lot, but there are still limits on how the finished result turns out. Research your local doctors and get some consultations. Always be wary of a doctor who seems to promise results that are too good to be true or seems over confident. Doctors are human beings, and in this respect, salesmen. Your family doctor usually knows a lot more about breast surgery than they are given credit for so ask. If you are planning on nursing for three or four years, you may find that your breast size and shape changes between now and then, so keep in mind that you may not want the surgery or the same kind of surgery by then. Enjoy what you have now! It is great that you feel good about your body. Keep in mind that clothing is made for a certain shape and the larger your bust in relation to your waist the harder it is to find clothing that fits!
Do your research. Look through their before and after photos and find breasts with a similar shape to yours. HAve a good idea what type of implant, incision,, placement (above or below the muscle), and size before you go. Many doctors do most of their cases in a specific way, ex silicone unders through the IMF. Take tops to the appointment to see how they will look under clothes when you try the different sizes of implants. Take a friend with you.
