How to make a padded bra work for shallow breasts.

Instead if padding the bottom pad the apex or - if you want projection; padd where you are not full, to push the boobs towards the chest. That way you'll have both a fitting and comfortable soft cosy bra. Imagine it in winter; how cosy and warm and nice.

And you could in summer add some Japanese cooling system to them lol.

Anyhow; I do think it's a far easier way than all other alterations I've tried so far
