Swapping wires around and whatnot

Thanks to an excellent suggestion from @lvp, I now have flexible wires to swap into bras with hard uncomfortable wires. My first *cough* victim was my Fauve Lavinia, which gaped comically big on me. HOWEVER, after I swapped the wires out, I found that I only had to pinch the gore together to get rid of the egregious gaping! Which means I don't have to fold the cup over to make it fit! Yay, less work for me! Probably this means that the bra will be a bit too wide, but that's ok. *rubs hands in glee*

AND now it has me thinking about my Fauve Dali, which only gapes a little on my smaller side. Swapping in shorter wires makes pinching the gore much easier, which should get rid of all gaping. )))) AND THEN I'm thinking maybe I'll take those wires (since Dali's wires are nice and soft) and put those in my Masquerade Rhea, whose hard and deep U wires are not super comfortable for me. And as long as I'm hacking the Rhea, I'll swap out the satin straps for something stretchy, because I hate the unstretchy straps that are simultaneously too tight and too loose to stay on my shoulders. Yuck. (The band needs altering down too, ha.)

And everything I do to my Fauve Lavinia, I'll need to do to my Fauve Isla. (Which, of course, includes band alterations because SIGH stretchy 30s aren't fun for my 26 inch bust.)

Ooooo, and of course, my Fauve Chloe needs soft wires too, but that might change the fit enough that I'll have to redo the cup alterations. That's ok, the current alteration is kind of flattening and unflattering because I shaped it (a too big cup) while I was standing in it, which was DUMB, because shaping to standing breasts provides no lift.

So much to do!
