How many of you have been wrongly charged by Ewa Michalak?
I've been working on an order for the past week for four bras. I've finally settled it all out, or so I thought. With their new custom size policy, three of them have been charged an extra 20pln even though one of them is only a 42FF. Anyways, the total, with shipping, comes to 511. I accept this. Then it was stated that the total should be 541pln. This price confused me, but I didn't really question it. I then moved on to pay through paypal and the total shoots up to 576pln! I had no idea why this was and refused to pay it simply because I didn't understand. After speaking with a woman on twitter, she said that many have been charged twice for the 6% paypal fee and most don't even notice it!
I have sent an email demanding that the total be returned to the rightful 511pln so when I pay through paypal, Paypal will collect the 6% charge. Has anyone else caught this and had any luck with being refunded or having their order total returned to normal?

I just double checked mine. I have an email saying that my PL Lilia (179pln) will be the 20pln extra plus the 6% for a total of 237.44pln. I do not think this includes delivery. My paypal invoice is for 252.60pln, my account says the same. So I have no idea how things add up. Somewhere in there is the delivery fee of 45pln. But like you my numbers do not add up.
Yeah, something similar happened to me, but I sent the shop an email and they corrected it the next day. When I made the custom order, my total came to 468pln, which included shipping and the 6% fee. I went on the EM website to complete the transaction, picked Paypal as my payment option, and the total suddenly shot up to 498pln.
Turns out it was my mistake... I think Edyta said when we try to initiate the payment ourselves, rather than waiting for the shop to create an invoice, the 6% fee can get added on twice. I'm not exactly clear how this happens, but the shop should correct it for you.
Also, the 6% fee isn't added on at the Paypal stage of payment. The shop calculates it and adds it to the total sum of the bras + shipping. So more than likely, the 541pln total is correct. And when you get to the Paypal website to confirm payment, no additional fee will be added.
