My letter of apologie to Ariza

Dear Ariza Balconnet Bra, I have done you so much wrong I don't know where to start.
I hated you from the moment I saw you. It is because the one I believed the most when it came to brafitting hated you too. I read her posts and theories on what makes a good fit and shape
(http://brasihate.blogspot.com/2012/04/what-does-panache-have-to-offer-brand.html
http://brasihate.blogspot.com/2012/01/sometimes-panache-drives-me-crazy.html)
and I believed her blindly, because she was my Bra Yoda, she knew much more then me and I was just learning.
What I failed to realize was
1) that even though our shape is similar, it is also different. No boob is alike, and even on boobs of the same owner a bra can fit differently. Why did I ever think if it fits her it must fit me too?
2) that I might have different preferences than her. Like coverage. I like coverage and boobs of steel feeling. In most of bras I'd rather have a slightly too big bra for migration purposes then a bra slightly too small.
That I don't mid "a lot of bra" and don't rely on looks of the bra to make me feel sexy. That for me support is crucial and everything else is second.
3) that she never actually tried some bras and is judging them by the look of it, so her theories might not be 100% correct.

I am sorry, Ariza, I failed to use my own head. You see, I didn't know any better.
It is only when I saw how greatly you've supported my large busted sisters like BumbleBean and alisa I came to doubt the teachings of my Bra Yoda.
I will always be grateful to her for getting me so far, but now I have to walk my own way.
Thank you Ariza for making me admit
that you are able to provide a nice, uplifted, slightly minimized shape that is ideal for long work days,
that your thin straps are not an issue when you have such a perfect supportive band,
that you are perfectly able to provide that boob of steel feeling I love so much.
I will find you in 32HH and alter the gore, and I will enjoy your striking violet mix color in my too large 32J until then.

Yours truly,
Vee

P.s. Waves to Branarchist and devilangel :)

And yes, one certainly needs to use ones head in bra fitting. That's why I think the whole idea about bra fitting is much more complicated than "go get fitted". Because if I and the fitter have different preferences then the fitting won't end up very good. Rather it is about help than "fitting" I think. Oh I don't manage to find the right words.
