Issue resolved
Wrong size/shape incompatibility.
Original problem
Hello ladies! Just a question: why do you think there is so much dimpling in this bra? It also has a "dent" on each side, as if there's a built in side sling, but there isn't. I have the same problems with the crimson/berry color one, too, so it seems consistent (aka not a manufacturing fluke). I will probably keep it, but I'm wondering what you think the problem is or if it can be fixed. Thanks!

helpfulLoosen the straps and see if the dents disappear. This is often due to overly tight straps. I also see a very significant dent on your shoulder from the strap, which really should not be happening for someone of your apparent body size/composition and breast size... another indicator of too-tight straps!

Yes, if you can only make it fit by overtightening straps you need a different size... or a cup with more projection at the bottom.

Man, I probably need an overhaul of all my bras! Or at least a Rixie clip. I have the same issues with all of them (some better, some worse). I just wish it was easier for short ladies to find a good bra!

I don't know if you need to go to a 28FF or if you need to go for more projection. Maybe try both, but I agree with wendy. You shouldn't be relying on the straps for support. That's what the underwires and band are for. Your measurements suggest a 30-band should be fine but look at your third (front) pic - there's space between the bottom of your boobs and the underwire that suggests that this particular bra offers inadequate projection. A bra with underwires that sit in your IMF and a comfortably snug band should do most of the support work.

lcl0706 , I'm suspected this is just not a good shape for me in the end. It's crazy how when you look in the mirror, you don't necessarily notice where the underwires are sitting, but when I see the pictures I am starting to see a real "space" there. I'm gonna try Comexim so I'm praying that works!

helpfulI have this bra and I encountered the same problem. The thread used to sew the embroidery is tight and stiff so it tends to cut in. Try washing the bra a few times so it loosens up

car0lxne , I do need to wash this one! I washed the berry colored one the other day but haven't worn it since. I'll have to compare!

Hi wendybien ! Thank you. I generally have the straps tightened because I'm fairly short and it helps the wires to fit at the "fold" - otherwise, most bras end up hanging about an inch or more below the fold and dig into my ribcage. When I loosen the straps on this one, the upper lace portion flops right off my girls in the middle and it just feels like I'm wearing a fancy boob-hammock :'(. The dents and dimples aren't as apparent, but I've lost the support. I have been thinking that I need to go to 28FF instead with a lot of my bras to possibly avoid tightening the straps so much (I'm also "squishier" than I look around my underbust). Do you think that would help? Thank you again!
