Bra fitting help » Cups too big ? Wires too wide ?

I'm new at this and this is the first soft cup bra I own. It doesn't seem to fit quite right (wrinkling on top and on the sides). I'm thinking the cups are way too big and the wires might be too wide for me ?
I appreciate any suggestions and informations you might have

helpfulIt looks like this bra is too projected for your (most likely) shallow shape. Maybe try one of the bras from this list: https://www.reddit.com/r/ABraThatFits/wiki/shallow
But also try a cup size down since there is a lot of empty space. I also found the Cleo Kali (http://bra.pe/MD7t/) pretty shallow. Maybe it will work in a 28DD.
