Issue resolved
Kept it! This bra fits me better throughout the day, after I settle into it a bit. I suppose that I'll need to find a bigger cupped bra to use during my period (these pics were taken at the end of my period), but for most days, this bra is great!
Original problem
My bra seems to fit. It's when I tighten my strap or pull my shoulders very far back - it seems to quadboob a bit. I added pictures to show the magnitude of quadboob (#3 one when I'm holding the strap up, #4 one when I'm pushing my shoulders far back, one with normal shoulder posture in the final picture with the least amount of hair in the photo and weird "claw hand").
I'm not sure if it warrants going up a cup size, because the cup is fine otherwise and my other cup seems to be fine (pic #2 with no hair in the photo).

helpfulThe cup seems to be too small for you, since in the side view picture where I can't see your hair, the wire looks like it's either biting into your skin or letting some breast tissue escape.
AFAIK the rule seems to be size the cup to whatever boob is quadding.

Just another thought; The bra might just be too low in the armpit rather than the bra being too small. Tissue will end upon a wire on the sides if it sits higher than the wire. Quite common and often not very easy to fix ;/

Yes, thats what i was trying to say.. probably not all that well though. But I think for me anyway, but have also noticed on others, that this bra does seem to be a bit low in the armpit- I guess it depends on the individual. But I am beginning to think most Cleos may be like this for me.

NaturallySo: Ah I see!
I actually am starting to think grading height in cups sides is a general cup construction problem. All smaller sizes are made low in the armpit more or less. So whenever the root is higher than the depth that's considered normal for that size the fit just goes off.

I think I get what you are saying.. I have the Cleo Leila in a 36FF.. I love the bra, but I do find after awhile of wearing that it does dig me a bit in the flesh under the arm and I feel if it was slightly higher I would not have the problem. However I think its borderline too small in the cup. Really only on my larger breast.. and I know you are supposed to fit for it.. but I always feel if I do that then the smaller side will gape.. I wonder if I tried this bra 1 cup size up whether it would solve some of the side issues or not. Or if it would just cause other fit issues..not sure

I don't really get the smaller sizes being cut low in the armpit, it's like everything I've tried gets my ampits >,< could be that I am just hopelessly tiny though. Only my plunge doesn't do that, and then boob escapes the sides.
What do though when it seems the next size up will be too big? Different style?

nyannekochan: Yes I suppose a different style is the only solution. Problem is there are not so many bras that are higher in the armpit in the smaller sizes ;/

helpfulI would suggest trying a 28G. If you're noticing any bulging whichever your positioning, you'll find you'll bulge during normal movement throughout the day.

I'm not going to give a comment on fit as I know there are others WAY more experienced than myself. But I have noticed on a few people- myself included the wire does look a bit like that at the side whiles not actually being too small. I am in the same situation with it.. I do ever so slightly quad boob occasionally on one side, but I feel the next size up will probably gape. I find even on my smaller side it looks aliitle like it digs in, mainly as the band is a little tight and cleo bras on me seem to be cut lower at the sides.
