Original problem
Of the three bra styles I ordered to try to figure out my correct size, I think this would be the most functional. The lining feels nice against my skin, but I did feel like my nipples were a bit more prominent than I would like (the mesh bras' cuts flattened my nipples). I had major quadraboob going on with this bra too. But I think it might be a nice over all shape in the right size. I was thinking of trying a 34H or 36G. Should one cup size up be sufficient?

helpfulIt looks like the bra is riding up in the back in the picture that currently is upside-down. (Don't worry, JJ will fix it just wait). The stretched measurement of the bra tells me the same, it is around 14 cm bigger than your ribcage, which is way too much to keep it in place.
What you do need is a bra that is approximately two band sizes smaller, which would give you an extra 4 cm of breathing room, more than you need, which sounds more like there will be tension in the band to keep it in place. This might sound really weird to wear a 32-band, but, honestly, a 36 or a 34 will be way too big on you. You might want to try an extender in the beginning though, just to ease in on wearing tighter bands.
For the cups, a 36FF would be a sister size (same cup volume) to 34G and 32GG. A 36G would then be a cup size up and 34H two cup sizes up. From what I can see in the picture you need a minimum of three cup sizes up, if not quite a bit more even. As the band is not stretched you probably have breast tissue slipping out of the cups under the arm that you are not currently noticing.
You should try to match the depth of the bra with your breast periemter. If you're soft you might want to go a bit smaller on the bra, if you're firm you might want to stick with your measurement, but still quite close. Your measurements says that you are squishing your boobs to 2/3s of their original volume, and that really doesn't sound comfortable.
Anyway, as this bra stops at a G-cup, and 32G is the biggest you will be able to get in a size that has a band that will fit you, and the 32G will have the same volume as this one you can probably just give this bra up right away and aim for something better that is available in your size range. If you need a 32HH+ it just won't work or you. Sorry.
There is pretty bras out there in these sizes as well! And practicial. Look to Bravissimo, Cleo and some of the good Panache bras. You might want to try Fantasie as well, and Ewa Michalak for plunges and padding.

I wouldn't suggest trying Ewa Michalak until you've really found your size either, but it might be an option for the future.
I assume that you mean this:

and this:
http://www.bratabase.com/troubleshoot/dhmsd/You are wearing both those two bras way too high in the back based on your photos. Try to close them in the back at your waist and pull the up from there. They should not be able to go as high as you have them in your photo. :) So, try to wear them lower in the back and they will probably be better.
You have also set that the band works well on one of them and on the other it just feels to tight, not that you can't close them.
Feels to tight it will most definitly will do for you, as you are not used to a too tight band, just like you're used to wearing your bras too high in the back... It's just how you're used to wearing your bras. However, when wearing a smaller back you need to wear it in a different place. :)
Also, you might most definitly need a 34 band in some bras, this one runs big in the band and at your measuremens I would assume that you would be either a 32 or 34 depending on how the bra runs. The Tango runs a bit tighter and 34 might well be the right size in that one.
To make the whole thing even harder, too small cups, like you have on both, makes the band appear smaller than it is...

I measure about 1 cm more than you on the ribcage. And I wear a 32 band. And it's not tight. You should really try a 32 band. Your breast perimeter is 4 inch more than mine. I wear a 32GG mostly, so based on me, you should probably go up some cup sizes :)
And like already mentioned, close the bra (on loosest hook) at your waist and pull it up.
You can also set the cups on your back, that way you can test how the band is, without the cups messing it up. -
Thanks for the feedback, ladies. I was able to get myself into the Cleo Lucy in 32H and 32HH. The band felt too snug, cutting in to my skin in the 32H. The 32HH band was very firm but much more comfortable. The problem I had with both is size discrepancy - I think my left breast is an H cup and my right is an HH. So neither size fit perfectly. I think a padded molded cup will help disguise the difference. I am not sure how to have the band further down on my back without moving the underwire away from the bottom of my breasts.

I can only add my agreement to the above comments.
I think I've said this before, but your ribcage measurement & perimeter measurements look VERY much like mine. I think you may need to go up even more cupsizes above HH, try J or K. If you wish to try cheap 32K bras, I've got some CurvyKates listed for a few bucks and shipping should be fully covered by Bratabase :)
Might be that K is too much for you, but with your perimeter I doubt it. The K may be too small. -
You always need to fit the larger side. Always. That is where you count if the bra fits or not.
What you do is to loosen the straps a bit and then pull the bra band in the back down a few cm. You don't need to move the bra in the front at all. You can actually wear the band lower in the back than the front even, without the underwire is moving away from the bottom of your breasts.
I second the suggestion above about trying on the bras on the back, still the bottom of the band shouldbe at the same height as the bottom of the band in the front, and see how that feels. Even though it might not feel like it you're wearing your bands too high in the back, which causes to band to cut in. If you wore a smaller band size you would not be able to wear the band as high and, it would not be able to cut in.
When the band it too big, it rides up. When it does it pulls up skin and fat on your back and great these lovely little roles. The odd angle of the band also makes the tension odd, which can cause elastic to cut in etc as well. So please, just try to pull the band down. Or, put on the bra as described and make sure that you don't pull it up higher in the back than you need.
Petalmoon is probably right about her sizing suggestion, but it also depends a bit on softness, scooping etc. Which leads to another question, do you scoop all your breast tissue into the cups every time you put the bra on? :)
I actually got the other two bras I tried (Cleo Lucy and Panache Tango II) in 32H and 32HH. I could not close the band on either bra. I tried the 34 band in those as well with moderate success as you saw in my other fitting queries. I got this bra in a 36 band on the off chance that I wouldn't be able to fit into a 32 or 34. I love what I have seen of the Ewa Michalak line but I am nervous about ordering something from Poland when I am not totally sure what my right size is yet. (I am in the US.) Thanks for your help though. I feel like I am getting closer!
