Has J-hooks. That's pretty cool for the narrow shoulder havers. High roots and narrow shoulders, get a buddy to help you adjust the straps because otherwise, it's gonna be a lot of taking it off and putting it back on. The wires are too wide and tall for me. There's a decent amount of projection at the bottom of the cup, but it's hard to tell if it's enough, because this cup doesn't have enough volume for me, anyway. It's kind of a shame that the longline version doesn't come in the higher band sizes that the plunge version comes in. It's kinda confusing. Usually I love the fabric on Elomi bras, but this one is a bit on the scratchy side. Sensory issues beware.
