I am more of a 34 band so the fact that this bra is almost a comfortably snug fit may be noteworthy, but I must admit that I acquired this bra in a "Used" condition from here on Bratabase so I am not entirely certain of the bra's history. I had to sew the decorative rosettes back into place as they seemed to be hanging by a thread, literally. The upper third of the cup is entirely mesh and needlework, but the edge of the mesh gapes slightly and rolls down onto itself when my shoulders are relaxed - I plan to figure out a way to reinforce ... the edge. The top of the gore slightly digs into my sternum, but I will be bending the underwires into a more comfortable and narrower width. The stiff straps are too wide-set for me (a common issue), but altering the wires will also decrease the distance between the straps so they aren't digging into my arms.

UPDATE:
I have sewn the innermost corners of the wire tunnels together to narrow the gore and help mitigate the gaping mesh.

Thanks, this was helpful, almost for an unintended reason. I think I might need to look into a higher, wider center gore and found this post and the picture really helped me see how the gore sits. I appreciate all the detail in the post.
