I have been searching for a strapless bra for some time. This one is far from a perfect fit. Still, it has worked for me on a few occasions. I need to wear it on the tightest hook. I wasn't able to find a 28 or 30 band in this brand. I also have it in a smooth style size 32 C.
It's comfortable and stayed up after a night of dancing.
I'm impressed you made this work under the plunging, keyhole sleeveless top made of thin material. I'm going to try this bra.
learningaboutbras, since this review, I've worn it on a Caribbean trip with a silk, deep V-neckline with spaghetti straps & with *many* tank tops. It stayed put while active, e.g., playing beach volleyball. I've reached out to the company about ordering a 30F, but they don't ship to the US :(
Oh no they don't ship to the US? :-( That's too bad. I'm in the US too.
learningaboutbras : Check eBay,! I've found my SS (new) but will have to pay for international shipping. But FREE returns,
tl;dr: It fits well, but it's unwearable in practice.
This one fits me well, it's not uncomfortable and for a long time it was my only strapless bra. I really avoided wearing it though - it's a push up meant to give cleavage, the shape is really projected and brought to center and that's kind of the problem. It kind of makes your boobs about two sizes larger, so i couldn't really fit into any of my formal dresses (which were the reason I got it), either it stretched the fabric at the chest way too much, giving a kind of trashy boobs-bursting-out look, or the dress accomodated, but ...the extra fabric in the front stayed there all the way to my waist and made it look like I'm a few kilos heavier. With fitted non-stretch dresses it doesn't agree at all, the seams are in the wrong places. It seems like the only way for it to work would be to buy clothes in a larger size and get them altered, but all that because of a bra? No, thank you.
I think if you have a smaller cup size and would like some "additional boost", this could be good, but otherwise this just pushes you out of the standard size chart... Bigger doesn't always mean better. Read more 108 more words
Best strapless I've owned! Could maybe use a cup size bigger, but doesn't exist. I did also try a 30F and it was too tight to get on (and the cup also would have been way too small).
Edit: It looks the center gore isn't quite as flat as it could be. Cuts into breast tissue a little, but not much. I would like a bigger cup size, so more of the arm-pit fat would be contained.
So much begger in the bigger size! Have been wearing it all day and needed to fix it a couple of times but this is really good. Lokning forward to next night out wearing a strapless dress!
This bra has quite a snug band and the cups ran a little small. I tried on a 32E and it was too small, so I went for the 32F. This thing is quite a feat of engineering. There are no underwires, but rather a firm piece of plastic that provides the support. There is also a rubbery lining inside to help prevent slipping. I did the 'jump test' and it didn't move. I'm definitely impressed. I bought it in the black lace and may also buy it in the plain nude color for my lighter color tops.
I really love this strapless bra. It fits me great. It stays put. The wires cant be felt. It's constructed very well. I like the cleavage it gives me. The only problem I have is that the side of the cup can be seen under my wedding gown. This bra is a keeper, just not for my wedding.
Requires firm-ish breasts for the natural lift insert ... or softer breasts, my breasts flop over the edge. Cup is somewhat bigger than a standard Freya F
A moulded cup t shirt bra (like Freya Deco) with beautiful, soft straps. Smooth, seam free line underneath clothes. This was a wrong size sent to me so doesn't fit in the cup.
