Didn't fit

**I'd like to preface this review with my (likely well known, sorry im passionate lol) disdain for Wellfitting. I will never give them my business again. I don't really want to keep shoving it down all your throats though. So if you are curious, please refer to my recent adventure entitled 'Why I will never give Wellfitting my money again...' (not sure how to link to it on here)**

The Abracadabra longline has been calling my name since I first saw it on Weirdly Shaped and Well Photographed. With my size and many ridiculous bra fitting needs, I am extremely limited in bra choices. It is pretty ... much Polish or nothing for me. I figured that would mean longlines were forever out of the question now! Until this beautiful piece of work! Seeing it on someone with bigger boobies than me gave me lots of hope! I'll be honest, the price of this truly hurt me inside to order lol. It really blows my mind that Wellfitting can charge $89 for one of their exclusive longlines when Comexim is putting beautiful ones out on their own site for HALF the price! But what better encouragement than a discount code right?! Even if it was just 10% off, it was enough to let me trick myself into thinking I was getting a deal. I'm sure my fellow bra freaks can understand https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_wink.gif" alt=";)" />

It took a little over 3 weeks production time which I think was a little excessive for just one bra and at that price point. But I totally understand Comexim is probably SO busy since they produce for Wellfitting, Anna Pardal, and they have multiple distributors all over the world now. (Side note: I honestly wonder how they do it!) And despite my hatred for Wellfitting, I absolutely adore Anna of Comexim and how much she truly cares! I couldn't be mad about that part! Oddly enough, by the time I finally received the Wellfitting email that my packaged had shipped, it had already checked into the US! Amazing speed considering how long some of my past packages have taken in the past!

I ordered this bra with my usual alterations: reduced cup and lowered gore. This time I wrote in 'extra low gore' instead of lowered gore. I was hoping that 'extra' would be noticed and might make a bit more of a difference for me than the usual lowered gore. I am very close set and also boney in the sternum area so I tend to have nothing but issues there. When I opened the package up, the cups still seemed a bit tall but the gore seemed really low so I knew it must have actually received what I asked for (my most recent bra before this one came in with NO alterations and had to be sent back, but that is another story).

Abracadabra LL is, as I expected, BEYOND gorgeous in person! The bra is made of a shiny lavender fabric with white as an accent color. The fabric along the cups and band (up to the wings) is covered with what is probably white lace but because I am definitely not a fabric connoisseur I thought of it more as a mesh looking material lol https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_wink.gif" alt=";)" /> The overlay does have white lace floral patterns featured throughout as well and the lace continues up over the top edge of the cup a bit. The back panel of the the bra is just the shiny lavender fabric with a white clasp area and the white strap material which continues right along the top edge. It is so beautiful but I fear I would snag the lace on everything!

When I tried the bra on, I placed it on the first set of hooks (2 x 6) and it just sat loosely against me and didn't hug me at all. It was like when I used to stupidly wear 34 bands and they always had gaping everywhere even though the cups were perfect for my boobs! I have been losing some weight recently and think I need to start ordering 28s. I know some people can wear a band or even 2 up and be fine, but I see serious fit issues by just being slightly off. Am I the only one?! Anyways I switched to the second set and adjusted the straps almost all the way down before it finally hugged me perfectly. This proved what I had already figured though, it is definitely a bit too small. The gore doesn't tack but it is an amazing height for me. I did notice the wires actually bow out from my body a bit in the front though. They don't really sit against me very well and they are sort of below my IMF as well. I'm sure they are pushed down by my need for more projection. They are too wide for me too, but unfortunately, that is my experience with all my bras right now. I still think the cups are a bit too tall also. I could pinch the fabric at the top where it is about to meet the straps like with any unaltered Comexim I've tried. But it is not nearly as bad! So besides being a little obnoxious for my high set breasts, I can live with that.

My biggest issues were: #1 the armpit area! It comes up SO high there on me which causes me to get rubbed raw after awhile. #2 the straps material! I had to crank them pretty much all the way down. Guess how long that took me? A good 15 minutes and that is with the bra OFF! They have a raised pattern along the edges which I guess is great for them not slipping out of your chosen length. But OMG they are impossible! I seriously cannot even get them to loosen up a tiny bit now https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_sad.gif" alt=":(" /> and worst of all #3 the straps AGAIN! They are much too wide for my narrow and sloped shoulders. If I put them where they want to go, they are about to fall off of me! It is very uncomfortable and just wearing it for a few hours drove me absolutely bonkers.

- Awwww..... I was thinking about order nude longline bra when they stock it again hmmm...
- FoxTaylor I believe the nude longline is not just marked out of stock, it's actually been taken off of the site. I'm not sure if they will bring it back. The black is still there, though.

Beautiful bra, gorgeous color and lace.
Just the completely wrong shape for me. Turns out I cannot wear plunges because my boobs keep falling out in the middle.

Didn't fit

This bra is so gorgeous and probably my best fit right now. The band isnt long enough to stay on my (i think) flared ribcage. The cups are perfect though. I'm shocked since comexim is consistently terrible on me, and cups are usually too tall for me and have too much upper room. Fits

This one wasn't quite as perfect for me as I hoped - the wires are very slightly wider than those on my Anna Pardal bras. There's not much information out there on this bra, so I hope this is helpful!

- Lovely review! Abracadabra is one of those bras that I've always lusted after but could never afford (or justify the price of). It's a shame that the construction isn't top notch for that price! I've heard other complaints about the quality of Wellfitting's Comexim bras.
- bonjourhi I decided to buy the Abracadabra from Wellfitting since I had a discount code and it was an exclusive, but to be honest with you I probably wouldn't do it again. The Comexim items they sell are marked up in price quite a lot compared to what Comexim themselves charge. I think it's only worth buying from Wellfitting if you're not sure of your size - they're very easy to order from as far as navigating their site, and they have a generous 100 day return policy. The caveat to that is that for me to post a return to them from Australia is going to cost a significant chunk of what I paid for the bra itself. I elected to sell a too-small Basic here instead of returning it for that reason - I got more of my money back that way.
  
  I've ordered from Anna Pardal directly before and that was really easy since she speaks English, but I've never ordered direct from EM or Comexim before. My partner's done an EM order before (to buy me a present) and he said he didn't have any trouble, but the PayPal/shipping fees were a bit steep - on their site, postage to Australia is one of the more expensive options . EM also charge 23% value added tax (VAT) on their lingerie, the shipping and the PayPal fees, so it can be upwards of 100 AUD for one bra.
  
  There's an Australian store, Brava Lingerie, that sells a small amount of EM. The bras are a bit more than what EM charges, but shipping etc is way cheaper since it's domestic. It's also a lot easier and cheaper to post a return for the same reason. If you sign up to their newsletter, they give you a 10% discount code as well.
  
  I want to try ordering some of the new Comexim bras soon, so I'll write about that when I have the money. From what some of the American bratabasers have said it doesn't seem too hard, but I might have to get one of the Polish-speaking ladies here to help me.
  
  PetiteCollegiate Thanks! :) I've definitely seen it's not just me, which is the other reason I'm hesitant to recommend ordering even the exclusives from Wellfitting. I'd like to be able to support a small business, but I just don't think that for most people it's going to be worth the money.
- bonjourhi Oops, missed your last question. I've tried the S and CHP EM cuts. The S cut is more similar to the Comexim padded plunge cut. In my experience, the S cut gives very slightly more uplift, but it's a close call. both give very rounded shapes, but I feel like the S bra makes my boobs look a bit bigger and more in-your-face. I personally don't prefer it for this reason - also because Comexim wires are slightly narrower and the S is the tiniest bit too wide for me - but that's just how I feel. I've never tried a Comexim half cup, so I can't say how they'd compare to CHP.
