This cup size ran a little small for my standard 32(D4) universal size. I never wore it, just missed the return period from the website that i purchased it from. I opted for a non-shaped cup for more flexibility.
I love it ! Converted me from dreading having to wear a strapless bra to choosing this bra for both comfort and looks. Purchased a black first, ordered a second in nude 1.5 years later.
I don't know why it's so magical but it has sticky strips along the top and bottom, and 4 pieces of boning in the wings and back band.
Only one problem I have with them is the durablity of the hooks. I noticed the hooks wear out quickly compared to other bras I have but I also use them so frequently that I wanted to try another brand and/or model. Compared to the one I got, this wins not even trying. (Other review here: http://bra.pe/XWhG/) If anyone loves this like I do with similar profile, are there any other favorite strapless bras you like?

This was the first strapless I owned that didn't roll down on me. The band is way too large for me and the cups are unsupported (like most strapless bras / all strapless bras I've ever tried). The bra has held up well over many years. Not sure when I first got this, but it's obviously one to use only for special occasions, and it's lasted me somewhere between 8-10 years. It shows some wear, the cups are way too big for me, and the band slides down my ribcage over time. It'll do in a pinch though!
In no way does this bra fit. https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_razz.gif" alt=":p" /> I'm not really sure what I was doing. I hadn't tried anything strapless that fit, and a lot of reviews were like, "yeah, just order a couple sizes too big and it will still fit," so I thought, "okay, sure, this random size will be good!" And then it wasn't. xP The band is definitely too big, which I knew it would be and thought maybe I could alter. But the cups are also too big, which isn't really that much of a surprise. I'm going to try to exchange for something smaller.
I don't like strapless bras as a rule, but this Wacoal does the job and is tight enough in the band to stay put, which is more than I can say for any other strapless I've had...ever. Or for that matter, any strapless I've ever tried on, including both Panache, a Chantelle, a Natori, etc.
Update: I wore this to a wedding a couple weekends ago, and it held up admirably! My one complaint is that the cups are VERY tall (which I did mention below), so I ended up folding down the tops of the cups to sit below the neckline of my dress. This may also be due to the fact that I am relatively petite (5'2) and functionally short rooted. Overall, though, it did what a strapless bra is supposed to do and kept everything in place.
I do have to say, for a bra that's not necessarily made for my shape (I'm projected and FoT with a lot of center ...fullness as well), it's an incredibly comfortable bra. I'll have to remember to update this after wearing it for a full night out, but just putting it on the cups are very soft and feel easy to wear. Negatives: the underwire seems like it wants to push itself down my chest, but that's probably due to the shallowness of the cups. The cups themselves are also very tall and kindof end up in my armpit area, but that's something I'll have to live with with strapless bras of this size, I suppose. All in all, though, I'm very happy with it https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" /> Read more 108 more words
I bought this bra a year ago, before I found my true bra size, and I've only worn it the once. I needed a strapless bra to wear under a bridesmaid dress. This was the only strapless bra I could find in anything near my size. Or rather, what I thought my size was. Because this bra was so ridiculously off, it's difficult to review. If my dress hadn't been tight enough to stop it, this bra would have slipped down around my waist during the wedding ceremony. But the band is a 36 when I needed a 30. And the cups were DD instead of GG, so they didn't fit either and helped push the bra down. If you can get this bra in the right size, I think it would be a great strapless bra. It's lined in silicone strips along the band and around the cups (even the top of the cups). It also has multiway straps that can be worn in several different ways (regular, crossed in back, halter, single strap, etc).
I needed a strapless bra, and this is what I found at Nordie's. It does the job, although the edges are lined with some kind of silicone rubber or something to keep it from slipping down, which can be a little uncomfortable. It feels like a heavy-duty bra, because the band is very firm and it has 4 hooks.
