This is by far the best unpadded racerback there is. I wear mine when working out, running and playing golf or tennis. It is also wonderful for regular wear, and looks good under anything. Stretchy band and cups make it easy to find the right fit. Half the time I forget that I have it on, it is sooo comfy. Typical Wacoal quality.

    • I don't think the fit could be any better! Not knowing it's on is half the battle ;)

Celebrating forgetting you are wearing a bra!! SCORE! ;-) ;-)

    • Thanks, Roxanne. I love bras too. So much to enjoy in some of them.

I really like Wacoal bras anyway, but this is my favorite because of its versatility. Also very comfy. Great under t's. Also doubles as a very good sports bra because of its racer back features and because it actually wicks away moisture. I really like it for golf. The moderate stretch in the cups accommodates differences in breast sizes. And the stretch in the band allows me to wear a 38C even though my actual size is closer to 40B. As a relatively athletic male, I need the larger band size, but really appreciate it when I can find stretchier 38's because of the greater selection. This bra is certainly not as confining as a regular sports bra, so might not be good for running. Slight nip protrusion.

    • I have never had a Wacoal. I'll have to give it a try. Thanks! I am male also. My usual size is 38B, depending on the particular bra, but often sister-size to 36C or D, with an extender. I like my bands snug though, so we may be about the same size.

    • My most comfortable bra is Wacoal, but it no longer fits. They seem very durable, too.

    • Me, too, FF. I have really good luck with Wacoal. Lots of variety, but all seem to be well made.

Purchasing: $48 on Amazon with Prime Free Shipping & Free Returns, some sizes/colors available through Prime Wardrobe, non-neutrals available

    Band:
Three-piece smooth knit with elastic at top of band.
    Wing support: None.
FRONT close with just one hook.
Fit: Length good. Wing height not quite tall enough, but best I've found in a racer-back. NO axillary skin spillage.

    Gore: Comfortable, tacks, good spacing

    Cups: Full coverage and seamless.
Single layer of barely stretchy knit.
    Unpadded underwire.
    Gives a pleasantly round shape.
Fit: Not quite wide enough to contain all breast tissue, but the best I've found in a racer-back. Smooth line on the top of the cup. Projection is on the shallow side of average -- ok but not awesome for my shape.

Straps: smooth elastic, partial adjust, V-shaped back

    Fit under clothing:
    Smooth under tight tee.
    Not visible under v-neck.
Oodles of wing shows under tank.

    • If the back rides up, you should probably be wearing a smaller band and a larger cup size

This is the most versatile bra I own. Can be worn for sports and working out. Wicks away mortgage. Also nice for regular use. Slight plunge for some cleavage. Nice under t's. Comfy and stretchy. Former secretary recommended it (I'm a guy). Glad she did.

Looks great on you... HAha, "wicks away mortgage". If only a bra could do that! Lol :)

    • This looks so comfortable.

I want one of these "mortgage wickers", too. Hilarious typo--Thanks, autocorrect :-) :-) :-)

Was going to edit it, but I had to laugh too. I think it was one of those deals where computer picks a word and I was too lazy to re-read. The mortgage wicking bra is tres expensive.

I acquired this bra years ago, before I found my true size. It's a 36DD; I'm a 30H. Obviously, it's not going to fit well. The band is very loose, so there's not much support. The whole bra is basically one piece of soft, stretchy fabric. It has a racerback and a plastic clasp in front, between the breasts. I use this bra as a sleep bra, and I sometimes wear it when I'm on my period and other bras feel uncomfortable. Because the back is all fabric, it's very comfortable to lie down in, and it offers its best support when I'm not moving around. I've had this bra at least five years, and it is still in great condition.

I wish this bra came in a 38DDD/F. I know it stretches out quite a bit, even in the knit fabric cup, though, so I keep buying them in 38DD and wearing until they stretch out. Then they are really comfy on me. I even sleep in these when they're well "broken-in." Front closure is nice, but means it needs to fit very tightly when new, as there are no adjustments. Racerback is nice under racer tees, but means the straps are close in on your shoulders. They will show on wider neckline shirts. Nice wide "gore." There's actually no fabric gore, as it's a single front closure clip. The measurements I made were on a well worn stretched out one.

I bought this bra to wear under T back tank tops, and other tanks as well. It serves its purpose well, but now I need to buy a second or third for the summer! I really like the fit, as a front close I found I was more comfortable going a size up, and though the cups aren't perfect and I would purchase a DD next time, the D cups are stretchy and rather forgiving. There is no padding on this bra, so if you are self conscious about nipping out, plan on wearing petals, a thicker top, or buy a padded version.
