This is seriously the most comfortable bra that I own. It's perfect for running but it doesn't work as well on me for things involving jumping up and down. Seriously I would wear this bra every day if I could. I accidentally fell asleep in it one day and it was still comfortable when I woke up. I love it. It's both a great lazy day bra and a workout bra. I think a 32DDD would be a bit better for me but I'm still very, very pleased with the 34DD.
