i got this bra recently as a giveaway when I was trying to find my new size. I actually love it a lot and wear it under most of my more sheer tops. My only complaint is that it's a little closed on top, so as usual, that gives me a little bit of bubble boob. But, not as noticeable as most padded bras that are closed on top. I just don't have enough upper tissue and the top of my chest is getting bony, so instead of a gradual slope, I get kind of a "b" shape..but again, this one is not nearly as bubbly as more moulded or ...padded bras I've tried with the same shape. I think the Chantelle Rive Gauche and a few padded Wacoals were some of the more severe cases.
Other than that, I can't speak much for the band's tautness as this one was used. Personally I don't mind and will be altering it when I have a chance. This is one of the most comfortable bras I've ever had. I'm not sure how to describe the materials, they're just so amazing. The cups have a nice, very light foam, and a very soft feel to them. The band and straps are incredibly comfortable as well. Cup depth is perfect for me, as well as cup width. Cups aren't too fat apart. Straps aren't fully adjustable due to the floral design near the cups, but they adjust long/short enough for me. Overall I'd recommend this to someone with average-some projection, and needing narrower wires. This bra is a really comfortable seamless padded bra and looks great under t-shirts. Appearance-wise, it has floral embroidery on the band that stops about 2" after the cups, and the same embroidery on the straps near the cups. It's a very simple, yet really pretty bra. I'm really happy with it. The only thing I would change is that I would make it more open on top. I actually love this so much I'd buy one in black if I could find one. Read more 230 more words

I thought I'd replaced this bra with my 65E Andora. The cups fit me better, but it seems the band is even huge. I never had the problem of my Revelation shifting around or riding up so much. I also tried the Caressence. It has the same comfort, but the full cup shape was wrong for me. I recommend you try these 2 if you're in love - they pop up on ebay for like $20. They have other similar models that are more rare that I watch out for like the Delice or Amour. I have a problem, haha.
I'll be interested to see how the alteration goes - I would have done one if I had the skill!

I got this bra in a like new condition, fits like 30DD - too small in the cups for me. A well made bra - would like to try it in a cup or two cup sizes up.
This bra has a problem that I often run into lately: it fits perfectly around the underwire, but there is spillage on top.
I also feel like the cups are a little too far apart for me. That might be related to the spillage, actually.
I rated comfort and appearance low because the fit isn't ideal for me - I think I would like this bra if it matched my shape better. Quality is good though. I like this fabric - especially the inside of the band, where there is no exposed elastic. I also like the convertible straps.
I like the convertible hardware that detaches ...in the middle of the strap - but I'm not sure why they also included convertible hardware at the cup and band. Maybe it's there to support other strap positions, but the crossed strap position is the only one I need. The hardware in front poked me, so I'd prefer the mid-strap convertible hardware by itself. Then again, the bra seems to be made for someone with wider-set breasts and wider shoulders, so the metal poking in front might not be an issue for someone else. Read more 89 more words
I love Simone Perele but the full-cup shape just doesn't suit me, I guess. It's really conservative, which I guess is expected, but also pretty flattening. Really disappointed because I looked at this for a long time. Somehow I quadboob a bit, at other times theres this bubble between the top of the cup and my breast tissue.
The band is tighter than my other SP bras, which is super exciting, but the straps aren't fully adjustable. While others have straps that just have lace overlay, these are actually the two-piece half adjustable straps.
This is my absolute favorite bra, though a 65F would suit me better. Slight quadboob, but nothing crazy. I would say this runs true to size in the cup, so don't order that size you can sometimes fit into like I did. Some people find the band a bit stretchy, mine was tighter when I received it but the measurement shown reflects how it fits now in a well used condition.
I used to be a padded push-up type, but this bra has converted me. The thin moulded cup gives a great shape and is easier to fit than unlined bras IMO. Sometimes my pierced nipple shows through a ...bit, but I don't mind. The unpierced nipple is a lot less noticeable through the fabric. It's so pretty, I'm not sure what I'll do with it yet. The wrinkling is less bad with this bra than others I've tried ... It still looks pretty cute under a shirt and mostly invisible. The design isn't so crazy that it sticks through my shirts. The band fits tighter than my other SP bras (the moulded cup ones)
I got this used. It is really nice even though it is used. The material is very soft. Since the band is so stretched out, I had to put it on the tightest hooks right away, I am going to alter the band to a 28 or 26. My comfortable measurement is anywhere from 26" - 27.5" depending on, I think, water retention. IDK. That's why I didn't measure the band because it's pretty stretched out. I will measure the band after I alter it. I wouldn't mind having a brand new version of this bra. I can't really tell if the fit is good or not until I alter the band.. The band measurement on this bra is 26.4", from the hook to the loosest eye. It's used and stretched out. Even if this was brand new, I would still want to alter the band to 28.
Just bought the Simone Perele65E - Simone Perele » Revelation Demi Full Cup (12R334) and it is absolutely great!!! Most of the fabric bras with seams are shaped oddly on my breasts and give me the dreaded "triangle boob", but this one seems to retain a pretty good shape! It's comfortable and still supports everything. If you want a fancy bra that holds everything up and isnt in a neutral color, THIS IS IT!
It is a very pretty bra and the wires are the perfect width for me. The band is too big, but I got it with the intent to alter it. The fit would be better if the straps were slightly closer together, but I wouldn't bring them in much so I don't know if I will bother unless the wrinkling and gapping gets on my nerves (it probably will). The cups only have one seam for support. I think cups with multiple seams work better for me. The decorations do show under thin, light shirts, but I don't have many of those so I will have plenty of use for this bra.
So close but not quite! My breasts are fairly low-set, and the straps on this bra were great- lots of room for adjustment, whereas I'm usually lengthening straps as far as they'll go. Gore looked like it tacked, but *may* have lifted a bit along the bottom with deep inhalation. Slight quad boob at top of cups. I was surprised until I saw another review that mentioned the french sizing system: this 65E is the equivalent of a US 30DD.
The Aura was one of the first post-enlightenment bras that I tried. Naturally, it wasn't quite right. Overall, the fit is not the worst, but a bunch of little things make it not my favorite bra.
Since it is a 30 band, I find it too loose compared with my 28 band bras. On the loosest setting, the band does ride up. The cups were not meant for my shallow boobs. I don't have wrinkling in the cups or too much quadboobing, but the cups are a little deeper in the center than I would like. The oddest thing about the bra is the "cookie" pouches. The bra has built-in pouches to contain removable push-up pads.
The materials are pretty nice. I have no complaints about the comfort of the underwires and gore, though it may be because the bra is a little big. The gore is very low, which I like.
This bra is comfy for the most part, but the band is too stretchy for my liking. Also, the straps are too far apart, to the point where the cup rubs the front of my armpit wrong after a long day. Other than those two issues, I like this bra.
Love it. Comfortable, looks good under t shirts or any shirt. I agree that the beige is boring, but that's kinda what I wanted for under my tshirts. Light padding stretches with you.
I really like this bra but I think I should have bought a smaller band size. Slowly, it slides down about half an inch. Throughout the day, I find myself having to readjust its placement. As it slides down the bottom 1/4 inch of the cup isn't filled and lies flat. When I bring the band higher and adjust the underwire, the bra fits tighter and the cups fit well. The only lasting problem is that the gore does not sit flat against my chest. I can easily fit my pinkie finger in the space. This is quite a good strapless bra for me, though next time I will have to buy a 28 inch band.
