This is my first Scantilly set, it fits similarly to Curvy Kate so you should be fine with your CK size in Scantilly. It fits decently but is a bit on the small side, but I'm not sure if it's a size issue or the fact the cups are rather low coverage. For the MSRP the materials aren't as high of quality as I would expect, but if you find it on sale it's not a bad set. Full review and more pics on my blog, I changed up the background for my pics too.
I'm so disappointed to say the cups are so big on this. I often get 30dd or 30e when I can't get a 28e/f but this is way off. The cups are way too wide, which practically never happens to me, as I'm very wide rooted. Beyond wide, the cups just have too much volume. I can't comment on the fit of the sheer vs satin parts because this just does not fit at all. I love the chartreuse color. So sad.
I'm shocked at how badly this fit me. I almost feel like I just got a faulty one. I ordered this in my Curvy Kate size of 30DD (of which I own 6 so I am familiar with their sizing), which is consistent with Scantilly's size chart so technically I purchased the right size. The cups are oversized - very tall and much wider than my other CK bras of the same alleged size. The band size is accurate but the cups seem like they're 4 sizes too large. Most reviews I read about this bra before I purchased it said the cups ran small, which is not my experience. Quite disappointed as it seems well constructed and looks really nice on those in which it fits correctly.
This bra is a nightmare, although a very sexy one. Fits poor, yet i bought it twice, since finding anything sexy in my size range is like an April fool's joke in my country. I bought both sets since i was desperate to find something completely sheer. Band is too elastic so i needed a 32 yet cups are way too shallow so i settled with a 34 https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_sad.gif" alt=":(" /> i managed gore to tack after i altered the wires. I read an article about how bending wide wires to a narrower position gives depth. So, voila, at least chartreuse tacks, but still i have to deal with the wrinkles created on the top of the cups. Well, at least i bought one of them 70% off price https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":-)" /> so experiments don't hurt me that much.
This is one of the nicest bras I have ever owned. I'm a bit hit and miss (largely miss) with the regular Curvy Kate line - I'm shallow, FOB, and quite widely spaced and CK bras tend to gape a bit in the middle on me and/or dig in at the gore, but the (v shallow) cups on this are perfect. I even get a bit of push-up! I am now tempted to buy the rest of the set.
This bra is beautiful and very sexy! The materials look quite high quality and feel nice on the skin. Fitwise it isn't perfect for me, although the fit-settings determine it a fit, it just barely does. The cups are a little too small, I think they are a bit shallower than I would need. Strangely, they do not cause quad-boobs on me, though, and considering this is quite the boudoir piece I actually quite like the push-up effect the slightly too small cups cause on me https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_mrgreen.gif" alt=":D" /> The straps are long enough for me, but they are very short, something that I do not encounter often, as I am short, but I had to lengthen them almost all the way. The band is good on me, I can only fasten it on the first hooks, so I hope it will last a long time!
