I ordered this on Zulily in a size EU 65F. Converting directly, that should be equivalent to a 30E, but this one fits much more like a 30F. The cups are very projected overall, but lack a bit of center projection. I would imagine this issue becomes more severe in larger cup volumes, so it's something to be aware of if you are center full. The straps on this are multiway, so you could use it as an X back bra if you prefer. The embroidery is even more gorgeous in person and continues around the entire bra. The gore is moderate height and fairly narrow. The band runs fairly true to size, but feels incredibly soft and stretchy. Obviously, a 30 band is too large for me, but I would have altered it if everything else fit.
This is so pretty! Such a bummer it doesn't fit. Your review was very thorough, as always.
Always a risk when trying a new brand unfortunately. Hopefully the measurements and reviews help other people looking into Samanta. I'll definitely be listing this!
Projected bras are a beacon of hope for me. Thank you for taking this risk as many of us benefit greatly from your sacrifice :-) I adore the juxtaposition between the embroidery and angular seams: beautiful!!
FoodForest anytime! I love projected bras as well :) Polish bras seem to be the masters of projection. It's such a gorgeous design! Definitely try it out.
Giggle. I really like the seam the cookies add. Seriously.
Really? Looking at the pictures, it really bothers me how I placed them slightly differently. They're just cookies that came out of a target swimsuit! They're the largest volume ones I have.
Asymmetry is visually interestin to me. In fact, I might just add an extra seam for decoration. :-)
This bra would probably not suit most people. The straps are set super far apart, but I was able to alter it without any problems. The band is true to size, but too big for me (26 band). The most unique aspect of this bra is the semi shallow cups with a vertical seam, and the teeny tiny plunge gore. The tiny gore is perfect for my extremely close set, touching roots. I have never experienced a gore this low in this size range and I must say it's very flattering as well as comfortable. However, this would probably not suit center ...heavy breasts or softer tissue, since it would surely mean falling out the middle. Even with the large band, my breasts are supported from the cups, and I get a really nice lift. I will be altering the band down to wear this summer since the cup fabric is thin and breathable.
10/21/22: Apparently I've had this bra for almost 7 years now. I have been wearing it off and on with the alterations above. At this point, the bra is dead and I am disposing it. It lasted quite a long time! Read more 95 more words
this is a beautiful bra but a size too small in the cups, fits like a cleo 30E - its actually a similar cut too though you cant tell it in these pictures. I liked it so much i re ordered it in the next size up. My only complaint with these bras is that the band is pretty narrow and the embroidery does show under thin shirts but thats pretty par for the course with most cut and sew bras.
This is an absolutely gorgeous beige lace bra! I so wish it fit me better! The cups are just too large for me, and the band is as well. The cups are slightly too wide for and they're definitely too tall for my short roots. This bra does run slightly smaller than A122 Aurora in 65F, I suspect because the guipere lace used in the cups is much stiffer than the mesh on Aurora. This bra has convertible straps that are fully adjustable, but are a bit difficult to adjust due to their embroidery. The band is true to size, and is very soft and stretchy. This bra fits large for a 30E, and requires a very projected shape. The gore is fairly high and I would compare the cup shape to the Cleo Lily.
