  1. Deep Cleavage Balconette Bra Rosme Grand (860218)

Pretty much just cinches my idea that I don't like Rosme bras. Super wide set straps that cut into my underarms; gaping along the top of the cup. Fabric feels cheap, rough, and scratchy. No thanks!

I actually like the look and feel of this bra, whereas typically I don't like Rosme at all (and don't really plan on buying any of their bras in the future). It's a lot more stretchy and less firm in the band than Rosme bras I've tried in the past, and I also can't find the same pattern or style on the Rosme website or anywhere else, so I wonder if it's a fake. Either way, the possible fake is better than their other bras! Regardless, this one is still too wide in the straps, leaving them practically hanging of my shoulders, and with gaping along the top of the cup.

This is my second Rosme bra, and I notice a trend in the wide-set bra straps that cut into my underarms. There is also gapping along the top of the cup, especially where the strap meets the cup. The quality is also pretty poor; the inner lining of the cups is rough and scratchy.

The straps are SUPER wide, so they cut into my under arms really badly. That is my main complaint with the bra - otherwise, the cups are a little too big on me. It also feels cheaply made; the lining of the cups is rough and scratchy!

Sigh. I give up with European brands. I just can't figure out their sizing.

According to the measurements listed for this bra, I thought it would fit me okay. I'm wearing bras between 10.4-10.8 depths. This bra has a depth closer to an even 10" and it is just way too small for me. It severely cuts into my boobs on the top and I can't scoop and swoop enough of my breast into them. The shape of the bra smashes my boobs down instead of lifting and separating them. I'm thinking orange-in-glass effect.

The band rides up a bit also. I measure 33" around and I feel that ... this bra is larger than 34". It also doesn't help that I have to shorten the straps by a lot to get the shape of this bra to work for me.

I like bras that compliment my mostly even shape, giving me a round look under clothes. I also like cleavage, but without quadboob. This bra does none of that for me. I'm really disappointed because the pattern is wonderful and the measurements told a different story...

I'll probably be passing this on soon. At least I didn't pay anything for it (just swapped with a bra that didn't fit me anyway).

(purchased I think NWT, but I forgot)

Grey patterned lightly padded 3-part cup, kind of halfway between a balconette and a plunge to me. Tops of cups are angled down and the gore is low, but it's not like a super plunge cut. Print is a med-dark grey background with lighter grey ribbons/bows decorated with black geometric shapes.

Quickie initial impression: Initially was too tight in the band and the cup (just a little). Now this may be my best-fitting bra in my current boob/body configuration.

Update after months... and weight loss

It doesn't fit me any more. Too big in the band.
Cup depth is still okay, but the fit just isn't right.
I have this feeling I didn't measure it correctly... or maybe it's just that it is worn and everything is looser than it was when it was new.

A little flimsy and the completely wrong size for me, but comfortable fabric; I would buy it in my correct size.

If I had to pick one word to describe the bra "lightweight" is the one that comes to mind. Not best for heavy and dense breast tissue.

Soft, thin, stretchy fabrics. No wing seam or strengthening. Cream and subdued tartan print have quite a delicate effect.

The elasticated top edge of the cup cuts in a little, would suit a more fuller on bottom or a shorter root better. Besides the elastic edge the top section of the cups is made from an easy to fit stretch lace. The bottom and side sections also have a hint of stretch to them but the side support and horizontal seaming hinders it.

I'd prefer if the side support was stronger and centered my breasts better.

Straps don't adjust quite short enough for me but I have high-set breasts.

Pretty bra, about a cup size too small for me.
