I accidentally ordered this size. Oops.
Cup is immediately shallow, but has great apex projection.
Band is a single layer of stretchy, soft mesh. More stretchy than I anticipated. If you prefer tight bands, order one band size smaller. I don't know how long this band will hold dimensional stability, but the materials are very comfortable.
The straps are padded and partially adjustable.
Lace is surprisingly soft.
