I selected poor for appearance, only due to the fact that upon arrival, this bra was unraveling all throughout the cups and along the band. I had to return it, and I then learned that one or two reviews from HSN (I purchased from Amazon) commented on the same problem. Due to this, I chose not to reorder. As for the rest of the bra, however, it felt wonderful. It was just not long for this world due to poor stitching.
