    Didn't fit

This review is for the Paramour Ellie in 34G. My ABTF size is 32G/GG UK (or more) depending on projection.

**** NOTE **** Label says 34G but the size index on Bratabase says 34:7 which is 34F.

    Band:
    * Stretches to 32 when wires start to distort; 33 max. Runs small. Very stretchy.

    Wires:
    * Comfortable.

    Cups:
    * Smaller than the stated size. Runs small. One vertical seam. 2 layers non-stretch mesh. Slightly stretchable tiny elastic along neckline to accommodate fit.

    Fabric:
    * Very comfortable.

    Straps:
    * The back portion which is adjustable is stretchy, the front is not. It's plain with a delicate seam down the center.

About me: very close set (breasts touch), very narrow ... roots, very projected at the wire, functionally even to full on bottom, short roots, relatively soft tissue, significant rib flares, narrow shoulders.

    FIT

    * The band length was really short. I actually had to wear an extender to even fasten it. I'm surprised at this based on my other experiences with Panache. The lace on the band did curl up on my even trying it on. I'm sure for sitting all day it would definitely curl.
    * The gore tacked nicely. It was tall for me, but fine. It was narrow enough for me at .75 inches, but I still might prefer to overlay them.
    * The cups seem to have the right volume for me, and the tops actually laid down perfectly. The wires are not narrow enough for me and it does not have enough immediate projection for me.
    * The straps are long enough.
    * The sides are a comfortable height for me.

    OVERALL IMPRESSION
    * I like this bra very much. The cups are already too wide so I think if I did size up it would definitely be too wide. I also need more immediate projection.

I have this bra in the black and white color combo and wanted to try it in the sugar baby color. This bra fits nothing like the other one, even though they are the same size. I can't decide if its poor workmanship or what.

Like the other one, this has firm lace with no stretch in the cup. In this bra, it flattens out my center fullness and pushes the tissue outward and upward. Three is also significant in-cup quadding at the horizontal seam. It seems like the seam tape is sewn too tightly. Or something.

Also getting some upside down seven action and an unflattering shape at the apex, so I'm not spending too much time trying to diagnose what's up with this. It's just going back.

    Epic fail in consistency.

Me: short & narrow roots, center full, close set, pendulous, petite, short waisted, low set, fairly even fullness, narrow shoulders, soft

ohhh I'm so sorry! The cup is undoubtedly too small regardless but also, I have noticed a few Paramours have unusually reduced band stretch at least in terms of how far they can stretch on the body. I remember one that was cute, the Sophia something maybe, was so. so. so. firm. Like just ridiculous. I have an underbust that is under 28" and the 34 was still on the snug side.

    • It looks too shallow or too small on you, I have the same situation when I am wearing a balcony bra from Change Lingerie. You can try a cup size up, but then maybe the wires will be too wide. To find a bra that you like with almost the same wire length but deeper cups will be a better solution I think.

    • Thanks so much! To you both. I am really disappointed since the other color is so different. Just very poor consistency. I have plenty of other better fitting beige bras, so I won't bother trying this one in other sizes.

I really, really wanted this bra to work for me because it is just so beautiful. However, just like the Paramour Ellie, the center of the cups is too shallow and pushes my breasts under my arms. The cups are also very wide.

The Paramour Ellie is a weird fit for me. The 34G fits better than the 34H, but the top of the left cup cuts into my left breast whereas the top of the right cup wrinkles along the top of my right breast. The cup is very shallow in the center, so my breasts are pushed (squashed, really) out to my sides; the cup is also shallow on the base along the wire, which causes some more uncomfortable squashing. The straps are set wide and cut into my underarms. It looks beautiful, and it feels like a good quality bra, but the fit does not work for me.

The Great Amazon Prime Wardrobe Try-On, Part 3
My shape: full on bottom, soft tissue, narrow shoulders/roots.
Appearance: This bra is striking in the contrast of the black lace on the white lining. Remind me of fancy, floral Oreos.
Fit: Ok, so I tried on a different Paramour bra with my first Prime Wardrobe order, and that one was a 32G. The band didn't even stretch to 30 with that one, so I went ahead and tried this size, 34G, thinking that it would fit closer to my actual size. Nope, this band stretches to 34 pretty much exactly. Whaaaaat. This brand has some weird band sizing issues, or the ... first bra I tried was some freak one-off. Who knows!
The wires are wider on this one; they remind me of Curvy Kate wires in shape.
Anyways, as you can see by the pictures, this definitely does not fit me. I'm quadding all over the place. This would probably fit if it was one or two cup sizes larger, but I'm more than likely not going to be trying any more Paramour bras. (Mostly because my sizes are hardly available as a Prime Wardrobe option.)

Thank you for trying it & adding the data! The more bras we have entered, the stronger the database, so even the "fit" fails are BtB wins.
I wonder if Amazon realizes that their new wardrobe option is helping build this bra community? Woohoo for Amazon!

    • Oh! And another note, Paramour 32G would be another UK 32F situation (32:7 instead of 32:9) so that also explains why this 34G was too small in the cup as well.

If you browse the brands before hand and click the size range tab, it will let you know their sizing method.

    • Super cute-- "fancy Oreos" :-) :-)

Smidge bit of cutting in at the top of the cup. Lace is firm and petty. The wires are a little wider than I like, but not uncomfortable.

Fits fine, but is a little bit square-ish on. Elastic across the top of the cup. Also not stretch lace, so a bit surprising that I don't have spillage.

Excellent quality bra for the price - perfect fit, perfect coverage. The material is very soft and stretchy. I personally like this, but I fear it stretching out and think that those who prefer a tighter fit might want to size down.

This bra is comfortable to wear. It fits my left breast absolutely perfectly, but there is a bit of gaping at the top on the right (my left breast is larger by almost a cup size). The gore doesn't lie flush, but I have yet to find a bra that I like that does (most molded cups and seamed bras I was told by my fitter wouldn't be flush against my sternum). I can see the top of the cup through a t-shirt, but that isn't an issue for me personally. All in all, I like how this bra fits and looks.
