    Didn't fit

After receiving this bra in the mail I was disheartened that it didn't fit, until I made it fit that is. Usually I have an issue with the upper lace sections in bras being too tight so I assumed that hey, I must be FOT. Wrong. Wrong. Wrong. WRONG. After trying this on I realized that my whole life of having boobs really has been a lie and I am actually FOB/Immediately projected with center fullness. So me, being the crafty bitch that I am, did some quick alterations (took in part of the upper lace section, converted the bra into a racer back and took in the ... gore [special thanks to @brasihate]) the bra fit like a DREAM. (Excuse the awkward wrinkle the first alteration attempt was a bit shoddy). No more awkward space at the bottom of the cup/upper lace cutting into the top of my breasts. For once there is actually enough immediate projection (I think it might actually be comparable to polish brands? Because there is *extra emphasis on* A LOT). My boobs actually hold the wires in place after i unhook the bra which could actually make for a pretty cool magic trick. As for the band I can still easily get it onto the last hook which leads me to assume that either my real band measurement is either a lot smaller than I'd thought or every bra brands bands that ive tried aren't actually 28s. So far this has happened with every 28/30 band that I get, the scenario usually goes like this:
    》buys 28 or 30 band bra
》Before stooping, scooping, wrestling, swooping, jiggling, and wrestling again the bra feels like it fits fine on the second hook, first hook if I'm lucky
》After wrestling my titties into their prisons I then realize that I actually need to tighten the hooks even more than what I first thought which then puts me on the third row of hooks
    》insert minor defeat
    *deep inhale*
BUT the underwires are a bit sturdy, I feel like it'll become more comfortable with wear and washing as the Elsa did.
All in all I would rate this a major win due to the fact that this bra fits for the majority of the part (After alterations), even my SO was excited when he saw that a bra actually FIT me for once and not just kinda but enough so that I could make do. I can already tell that my search for a bra that fits is coming to a much needed end (for our wallets and my sanity). Stay tuned for next time!

After seeing your previous fit requests, I'm not surprised a 28KK fits, with alterations. Congrats!

The fit is all wrong on me. I get quadboob and a wrinkly cup that is not filled out at the same time.

The lace in the upper part of the cup closes the cup too soon, it comes towards the chest close to the seam with the lower, opaque part of the cup. Thus the lace flattens the upper part of my breasts and pushes the volume I have there up towards my chin, giving me quadboob. At the same time the lace gets wider towards the cup rim, assuming volume where I have none (apart from the quadboob the bra gives me), thus the lace flops around.

The bra is ok in general, but the Panache Melody Fullcup works better for my very soft breasts and bottom-heavy shape.

  3. I love this bra. The band fits nicely on the loosest hooks without being too tight or too loose.

The top of the cups sit smoothly against my breasts, even on both sides and one side is quite a bit smaller than the other. There is absolutely no gap either, and it is very difficult to get no gap and no quad boob.

There is a nice rounded shape on profile view, I find lots of soft cups have a pointy shape from the side.

The straps are plain but that's nice to have some bras that don't have really thick straps.

I just got it so I ... haven't washed it so I don't know how it holds up over time, but it was my favourite out of the package of bras that came in the mail.

UPDATE: This bra no longer fits. In the last six months or so I have lost five pounds and 2-3 cup sizes.
I tried on this bra in a 28E as I loved my 28FF when it fit. The 28E fit my smaller breast amazingly (great lift, no gaps or wrinkles), but my larger breast looked very odd. The larger breast was almost pointing down. No amount of rearranging made it look nice, this cup was too small for the larger breast (a bit of cutting in at the top), but I am pretty sure a 28F would have been much too large. Since I can't go in a store and actually try them on (shipping fees add up) I decided not to order the 28F online, because I am fitting into some 28DDs so I can't imagine a 28F fitting. If I find a cheap 28F online one day, when I already have an order going and won't have to pay additional shipping fees, then I might get it and see- because I did love this bra.

Not really a huge fan of the unlined bras, because of nippage, but this was surprisingly supportive none-the-less. I wouldn't reccomend it for someone who has a little fuller breasts on top, because I have 50/50 breasts and it was cutting into my breast tissue on top for me. Pretty bra, really nice quality, not the comfiest thing in the world.

How many cup sizes up? Any style reccomendations?

My second bra that fits https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" /> So much better with a 28E: band is tight enough and not uncomfortable. Wires enclose all the breast on the side and there is no armpit fat. Almost no wrinkling on the cup on the top (which seems to be a problem for me and my shallow breasts). I also like the nude color and the material seems quite comfortable as well.

    Didn't fit

UPDATE on June 22, 2013: I have lost over 30 pounds since I first got this bra and it no longer fits me. The underwires are sitting too low on my ribcage, even when I readjust them, they'll be back to the same spot 2" below the root of my bust within a few minutes. There is lots of empty space at the top of the cups when I place the underwires where they should be and I'm not getting any support from this bra. It was nice while it lasted, but now I need to go down a cup size or two.

The Melody ... bra is a reasonably good fit for me.and should be good for daily wear. It fits quite comofrtably despite the fact that the underwires seem to go past my armpits and reach almost all the way around to my back. The pictures I have taken show some wrinkling at the top of the cup, but it is very mild and not present when I am standing/sitting straight up. The wrinkling does not seem to detract from the shirts that I've worn over it, either. The band seems to be moderately tight on the loosest hook, but not as snug as I would like since my rib measurement is closer to a 24/26. The shoulder straps are not obtrusive and stay on my shoulders with out my having to adjust them.

The material is smooth and silky, which I like a lot. I have sensitive skin and I cannot stand to wear bras made out of even slightly scratchy material for an entire day. I am quite fond of the design of the mesh on the top of the cups and think it matches the teal color perfectly.

I was recommended this bra because it is supposedly modeled after the Panache Harmony, which is sadly being discontinued. The Harmony is my favorite go-to bra because it is very comfortable and it suits the shape of my boobs very well. So when I ordered the Melody online, I was hoping that I'd get something very similar. While this bra also fits me pretty well, there are some distinct differences from the Harmony.

Like the Harmony, it gives me a nice, rounded shape. Beyond that and the comfort level, though, is where the similarities end. I felt somewhat disappointed that the cups come up significantly higher than those of the Harmony and because of that, it will not work with a lot of tops I own since I prefer V- and scoop-necks to flatter my body shape. Winter is approaching, so I suspect that this will get more use with my warmer clothes. I've also noticed that the underwires seem to come up a bit higher than the Harmony, especially at the center gore. The center gore is probably the biggest problem I've had with this bra as they tend to poke me in the sternum. I have managed to fix this problem by gently bending the last couple inches of the underwire forward and I hope that the poking will calm with more wash and wear. I do think that the manufacturer could have put more cloth around the end of the underwire for more comfort

This might not be my beloved Harmony bra, but it isn't a bad bra by any means. It will be good for day-to-day wear and the prettiness won't bore me to death. I am still searching for the perfect bra to replace the Harmony when it no longer becomes available.

Hopefully I will remember to update this review once I've owned this bra for a few more months.

It's a very pretty bra, though very basic and white.

Even though this bra band measures and stretches near enough the same as the band from my 36K Ariza, this bra feels much less supportive.
This band rode up to the top of my shoulderblades within minutes of putting it on, while the Ariza band stayed in place more or less throughout a day.

Wires poke me under the arms. Also it feels like the wires are bending inside at the arm-ends which results in not just normal poking but poking that feels like the wire is trying to drill a hole inside.

I love this bra! No fit issues whatsoever, and the material is so soft that it's incredibly comfortable to wear. So comfortable, in fact, that the first time I wore it after I tried it on I wore it the whole day and didn't even notice! I've never been able to do that with a brand new bra before: I always have to wear them for a few hours at a time until they're 'broken in' enough to be comfortable enough for all-day wear.

The band seems to be nice and tight (I'm closer to a 26 than a 28, so I do prefer a tighter band, which is ... why I like Panache as a brand). I'll update this review if the band stretches out more quickly than usual. The underwire also sits perfectly on me, with no poking, and the straps are certainly adjustable enough for me. One possible slight downside is the shape it gives me: I prefer a slightly rounder shape and in this bra my breasts are a little pointy, but in a natural way, not in a Madonna kind of way! But for all the upsides about this bra, I'm prepared to get used to it.

I have it in nude and teal, and I have a feeling that this will be my go-to bra in other colours in the future. And it looks gorgeous too: the lace design and the rosebud on the centre gore are very pretty, and in teal it is reminiscent of peacock feathers!

The Melody Balconette is a good bra that I had fitted for me. I find that the band can feel a bit too firm (regardless of hook setting). That said, it's the only size 28 bra I own - even though this is my "correct" size, I usually prefer the feel of a stretchy, snug size 30 band.

So a big part of my "too firm" feeling towards this bra is probably personal taste. I think it is true to size.

The lace at the top of the cup doesn't stretch at all. I have very soft and fleshy breasts at the center of my chest (result of sudden ... weight loss + natural shape I think!) and to fit my breast tissue evenly into the cup my nipple sits a bit lower than the seam join. I think this is the design of the cup - visually the lace section is a bit shorter than the lower section. But it bugs me.

If I place my nipple at the seam junction where it meets the lace I don't fill out the bottom center of the bra cup and I push against the top of the cup.

This bra is very comfortable and technically it was given the tick of approval when many other styles weren't good for me. And I like it, but I don't love it. Maybe it's the look of it on... I don't think it does anything for me.

    *Update*
Having taken photos of me wearing this bra and a bunch of newer bras that I was fitted for I find that the Melody's underwires are too far apart for me and the underwires travel to far to the back. That said, this is very comfortable to wear.
