I ordered several bras for my mom to try and I have to say this one was a huge disappointment. The wires were comically weak and flexible and the cups stretchy and unstructured. The cup is constructed of two unattached pieces, an extremely stretchy lace outer cup and a slightly less so inner liner. The cut is shallow and minimizing. The straps are wide and padded and therefore only half adjustable.
Note - The depth was very hard to measure on this bra due to the stretch factor.
Fabric is very comfy. And Dillard's carries it in store so you can go in and try. This is the closest I have gotten to a gore that tacks (but I run close together). Gel padded straps are soft. It feels too tight for me in the band, so I may go a size up there. The underwire is the bottom edge of the band- I think I prefer some fabric band lower than the wire so I don't chafe. It seems to ride down on me, that is a common problem for me due to hourglass body shape and higher boobs... There is some wrinkling bottom outside of cup, not sure if this is orange in a glass and I need something more full on bottom, or if the cup size is just too big. Because of this, I get very red and tender on the outside rib an inch or so below the inframammary crease.
weird. it's not horribly uncomfortable, but it is horribly unflattering. there's an awkward shelf like area at the bottom of the cup (not like a push up pad but visibly much much shallower than anywhere else) that makes it so hardly anyone could even attempt to fill it. it flattens, widens, and sticks your boobs off to the side. it smooshed me down so much that i quadboobed out of a bra cup i couldn't quite fill. also beware if your petite! the high underwires are very irritating.
