Apparently Mimi Holliday used to make their cup sizes small before SS12 /13. This was back when the cups ran small so it fits more like a B cup. It gave me quad boob and I'm shallow. Otherwise, the band was a good fit. I like how there's 4 hooks rather than the typical 3 and that there isn't much padding.

I'm measuring as a 26D. I've found 30Bs but I'd like to find a 28C to see if it'll fit me better.
28C is the hardest size to find. That being said, here is a list of brands and styles in 28C:
