Although this bra is too large in the band and too small in the cup, it's somewhat comfortable enough for everyday wear. I bounce when I walk, but it's currently my only option. https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" />
This is the kind of bra I wore for YEARS, and now I cringe when I see how tight the cups fit and how awfully loose the band is around my ribcage. Overall, this is an okay bra for a smooth everyday look. The band is way too big for me, so this bra offers absolutely zero lift. While bending, when I look down at the cups I see them literally pushing my tissue up, down, and to the sides. The cups pucker at their tips due to the loss of matter they just shoved out. These cups give me the appearance of being splayed, because they do not support front and center.
Pros: price (2-pack for $20), soft fabric, very light, fully adjustable straps Cons: I managed to buy this bra from a Costco in a 2-pack of nude and black colours, so I finally got neutral colour bras! However, the size selection was very limited, with the display recommending each size to also be the sister sizes either side: mine was a 34B size, but the display said 32C and 36A sizes could also wear it. I see the advantages to sister sizing, but the band might not have been the right size for either sister size, or even the 34B size itself, so I feel that may have just been a marketing thing. I love this bra for the lightness of the fabric and foam, so it feels like clouds are holding your boobs. I altered this bra to bring the underwires closer together, and shorten the band, and the wires are now a little narrow, but everything else has improved.
This bra (and the 9441 lace version) is what I've been wearing, in a 32B. As I am really a 28D or 30D, the band is too loose and the cups too far apart. How did you alter the band? It looks like you bent the underwires to vertical and removed the center gore entirely?

I am surprised that this old bra fits me so well -- I usually find a 34 band way too big, but on the tightest hook this one is okay. The cups are a smidge too narrow for my wide root, wide-set boobs, but if I scoop carefully that also is okay. The secret magic that makes me love this bra is that there are pockets for removable pads at the bottom of each cup. I am smaller on the right, sometimes a *lot* smaller, which can make it very hard to find a bra that fits me on both sides; with this bra I can slip a pad into my smaller side and presto: symmetry! both sides fit! I also love the lace and the little bow detailing on the straps: it's pretty without showing through my shirt. It's too bad this style is long out of production. I'd be happy for another one.
This bra obviously hasn't fit my 32DD frame in years. Some friends got it for me as a joke in high school; I've never worn it for more than maybe 30 minutes at a stretch, even when it did sort of fit. But at the time, it made my 34Bs (probably should actually have been 32Cs) look like my current boobs ^.^
